'Very nice people'

'Fantastisch!! Het is een modern en schoon hotel. De mooie kamer had grote boxsprings, mooi balkon, badkamer was fantastisch, elke dag schone grote dikke handdoeken, strandhanddoeken service en een Nespresso koffie apparaat op de kamer. 'The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. The beds are soft but not too soft and the inside and the outside of the tent is cosy and comfortable. Due to a heatwave the temperatures were very high. I never appreciated an aircon until now. The crew is very kind and helpful. Kristof and Christina (I’m sorry if I don’t have any the names right) in particular. They really made an effort to handle our concerns about the outside light is on...

'Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. 'Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und die immer wieder auftauchenden Probleme wurden zeitnah von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich und kulant gelöst. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Ruhe im Zimmer, von den Nachbarn nebenan bekommt man wirklich absolut nichts mit, gute Schallisolierung. Mietwagen sollte man dabei haben.'
