As our hosts previously explained, the lack of water service for two hours was an event for which we all had to wait for a solution from the development, that is why the use of the bathroom was offered as a courtesy from another apartment where the water supply had already been restored. The safety of our guests is a priority, that is why we maintain a constant fumigation in our units, it is a pity that you did not report the sighting of the scorpions so that our staff could assist you, being in a semi-urban area we cannot have control over the fauna that inhabits the area. We must not forget that we are located in the middle of the jungle and we are not exempt from this type of event.
