I arrived at around 6pm and I didn’t get checked into my room until close to midnight. They kept changing the price and claiming they didn’t have a reservation for me. Very disappointed in the front desk services.

Le falta demasiado mantenimiento, nunca hubo toallas de piscina aun y cuando se notaba que el hotel no estaba lleno. Falta de personal evidente en restaurantes, servicios tardados y largas filas. En el área de recepción te atienden de mala gana. Mucho que mejorar en cuanto a servicio y no hay variedad de alimentls

We landed in Cozumel and had no transportation to the resort ! This was an all inclusive vacation package, disappointed. Was costly as we took a bus to the airport 16$ USA Ferry another 45$ USA and 50$ taxi ride to the resort. Same going back home, but we rented a car till the ferry. The hotel stated not their issue as we booked through Expedia. That was convenient for them to blame you! The resort is beautiful and the beach is clean. The food was fair, we ate at the buffet most nights, as the restaurants were not great! One restaurant served us our appetizer and main dish so quick we were out of there less then 45 mins, food was already prepared and served cold. Sad that the servers do not recognize there guests and greet us. They simple are doing there job without a smile. One server said well I am working! When I asked how are you…

For the most part the property was great. I did have a few issues. Such as when we checked in & got to our room it was a mess. One of the faucets was not running cold water. The room smelled of mildew, & it was just filthy. When I went to the front desk about the issue the young lady mess very rude & kept insisting that I was upgraded. Which I know for a fact I was not & even if I had been I still need running water. An upgrade doesn’t negate that. Eventually we were switched to another room & it was fine. The views are amazing, the food was well seasoned (no complaints there). Although the adults only side, IS NOT adults only. No big deal there, but definitely false advertising. There is a raccoon problem, very bold & assertive animals that roamed day & night. The staff seemed to not be concerned about the infestation. The renting of the Balinese beds was nice, comes with a bottle of your choice (liquor) and full service for snacks. The only issue I had with this is when we complained of a large group of kids (I guess a class trip) throwing sand & playing soccer (the ball repeatedly hit my boyfriend) we were told that it’s a public beach & they could not control others. To be clear we weren’t trying to control others, but let it be known that there is Beach Etiquettes that should be followed. The welcome package committee was a bit pushy & wouldn’t take no for an answer, but we mustered through that. Again overall it was a good & relaxing trip for our anniversary.

The beach was nice. The buffet was good for the price. The restaurants were good, but options a bit limited and portions on the small side (and/or missing a 'side dish' like rice or potato). The evening entertainment was loud, until 11pm, and close to our room. This wasn't a major issue for us, but some might dislike it. The tiles were coming off the pools. Staff was generally friendly. Service was usually not quick. I would have liked to see better non-alcoholic drink options/variety (eg. lemonades, not overly sweet fruit juices, non-flat carbonated beverages). There was a lot of sea weed on the sand most days at the beach except the last. Not a huge issue for us, but takes away from the nice sand. There were some reviews about getting sick from the food. That was not the case for us. There were reports that their room smelled musty/moldy, which was the case for us (but we've had a worse room on a different vacation/resort). Daily room cleans were nice. Often fresh towels were provided (not always needed) and soaps etc. Beds were nicely made and the kids' stuffs were arranged different nice ways on the bed, which was really nice for them, and was appreciated. Overall not the best all-inclusive we've stayed at, but good value for the money. Transportation to and from the airport was not included. This was a big negative, but that blame might fall on Expedia's lacking "package", the resort's lack of provided service, or both.

La habitación que me asignaron es viejisima y en malas condiciones, pagué por.una suite con jacuzzi interior y me dieron una con jacuzzi exterior sumamente viejo, oxidado, en mal estado y sucio. Me cobraron $1,045 pesos por una menor de 3 años y $800 por late chek out para poder usar las instalaciones de 12 a 6 pm ya que entregué la habitación. La.alberca estaba sucia y en pesimas condiciones, el recubrimiento de cemento se está cayendo de viejo y mi niña se raspó las piernas y rodillas.

The property is nice, and they are updating it. Staff was good, dining options good - unless you’re a vegetarian. Bay out front is nice and shallow and good for snorkeling. It was nice and relaxing, and we were able to rent a car for a few days and have them bring it to the property. Thanks for a wonderful time!

The dining experience at this resort was absolutely dreadful. The lack of variety and the consistently lukewarm servings were appalling. Despite being in Mexico, one would expect at least the basics of Mexican cuisine, but even a simple taco was nowhere to be found on this woeful resort. To add to the disappointment, the shower was a disaster. It barely functioned, and when I mustered the courage to complain at the front desk, their response was nothing short of a dismissive laugh. They sent someone up hastily, presumably just to pacify us before we returned. The hot water supply was erratic, and the water pressure felt like a feeble trickle. The only redeeming features were the beach and the drinks, which managed to salvage an otherwise wretched experience.

This place its awesome we like the beach I didn't like the way they manege de mini fridge you can use one time after that they charge for the entire refill regardless if you only consume the beer after that it's 10 dollar, we have problems at the room smell like fresh paint after we complained I don't know if they do something but we deal with the smell per 2 nights ,We enjoy the the food and the attention from this people I'll say it's good
