Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a beautiful property with great ocean access and a private pool. The house and yard were cleaned and maintained daily and kept spotless and immaculate. The employees working at the home and at the office were responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Only complaint is that the living room/kitchen area does not have AC and gets quite warm even with the windows open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to celebrate my 80th birthday and my daughter’s 44th. The place is gorgeous and walking distance to good eateries. We did not need a car which was a plus. The view is spectacular. The hold space open and airy. The bedrooms and common areas both in and outside are a delight. The bedrooms are totally separate from each other which is a plus. The kitchen is very functional and we made most of our own meals. We brought our own snorkeling equipment and SUPs. The folks at LocoGringo were very helpful- we only wish we’d met them in person but were too busy doing stuff. We were all entranced by the iguana, agoutis, coatamundis & birds. The woman who cleaned and man who cared for the outdoors were wonderful.Only downsides: There are many stone steps which could be a problem for less able guests. Bathrooms are only accessible through bedrooms.
