'7 Nächste, 3 Personen, 5 Handtücher, nicht einmal wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, Toilettenpapier auch so nur eine mini Rolle die nach zwei Tagen leer war. Man muss alles selbst Nachfragen es ist nichts selbstverständlich. Gebucht war Deluxe Zimmer, um die zu bekommen musste ich zwei Gespräche am Rezeption führen und erst am zweite Tag erst zu bekommen. Es kostet Kraft und ist sehr anstrengend.'
