Fabulous but
Stay was amazing. The only issue was with the cleanliness of the swimming pool which was dirty and slippery, also it was smelly. This might be due to the huge crowd But the Hotel should be equipped to manage it.

We stayed for 1 night with 3 children of different ages. The hotel was excellent and the children enjoyed the pool and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I highly recommend to this hotel.

Excellent location along the beach. The suite was overlooking sea and balcony offered amazing view. The staff was very friendly and corteous. The food was great with loads of choices. One of my best experiences.

So relaxed we thought we died.
Best holiday yet!! Excellent and helpful staff, LOTS of activities to do, and the kids club was amazing! Only downside was uncomfortable squeeze to use the toilet; remove glass wall or redesign bathroom. Definitely rebooking.

I was offered a paid upgrade during check in because we were 2 adults 2 kids and I was promised to get two single bed and a king bed but we end up no bed in the room. After 3 times complaint , they delivered a very uncomfortable bed that springs would hurt your back but still only one bed . I asked my original room back but no room was available. Solution offered by manager that they removed additional charges for the upgrade but it still did not help at all because we just wanted to have a good rest for 2 days . All family had to sleep in the same bed eventually

Disappointing
Overall hotel is of a lower standard than 5 star. Checkin took 20 (checkout 10) minutes, room bathroom had a bad smell and the room and corridors were in a poor condition. Whilst most staff were helpful they seemed to have a can’t do attitude as opposed to can do. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing with poor quality food and only 1 live egg cooking station. If I travelled to this area again I would pay a few dollars more and stay in one of the alternative 5 star hotels on the same beach.

Hotel was very nice however there was nothing on the website the hotel was under renovation. A little disappointing to pull up and the front entrance was blocked off. Otherwise food, drink, pool and beach were lovely. Thank you a wonderful stay.

God oplevelse
Lækkert hotel med egen strand og stor pool. Morgenmadsbuffeten er overdådig og de øvrige restauranter på stedet er ligeledes gode. Stranden er fint sand og havet klart og meget lækkert. Der er ikke andet end 3 resorts og tank i området så man skal komme der for at slappe af.

على الرغم انني كنت قد تحققت من ان حمامات السباحة يتم تسخينها خاصة في وقت الجو بارد خلال فترة الشتاء هذه الا اننا فوجئنا ان المياه بحمامات السباحة باردة والتسخين لا يعمل بشكل طبيعي رغم الشكاوى المتعدده لمسؤولي حمام السباحة والاستقبال وهذا قد أثر على استمتاع اطفالي بالاجازه كثيرا جدا رغم انهم كانوا سعداء بالفندق جداااا

My wife and I showed up around 2:30 pm and it took around 2 hours to get checked in to our hotel due to the Eid holiday season. Went to the bar and spent around 250 dirhams while waiting for the room to be cleaned. Finally we arived in our room and requested some ice because we were so hot, and we were charged 20 dirhams for it and were very upset that after waiting 2 hours and spending money at the bar waiting that we were charged for ice. Overall the hotel layout is extreamly nice and the room was great. We also had some bad service at the swim up bar with employees that had no basic knowledge of customer service; giving us attitude that we asked for food order. Our experience was very nice minus the charge for ice the long wait for our room and bad poool side customer service.

الاستقبال سيئ جدا وهناك تفرقه في تسليم الزبائين مفاتيح الغرف جلست لمده ساعتين ونص انتظر مفتاح الغرفه وأما وأسرتي مسافرين لمده تلات ساعات وبعض الزبائين مجرد ما وصلوا خلصوا الإجراءات وتم تسلمهم الغرف وانا لم استلم الغرفه غير بعض ساعتين ونصف من الانتظار انا وأسرتي هناك تفرقه واضحه جدا في التعامل مع النزلاء في قسم الاستقبال وايضاً ليس لديه خبره في التعامل في المواقف مثل هدا الموقف بيكذبوا علّيا النزيل استلم الغرفه وكانت غير نظيفه وايضاً يوجد بها بعض الاكل المتبقي من النزيل الذي كلن يستخدم الغرفه قبلي

Beautiful resort......Puzzled
The Resort is beautiful! Restful and relaxing. We had dinner at "Waves", delicious. Our server, was excellent,he was the only one serving us outside that night. The chef came out and spoke with us. One of the best steaks I've had in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Wonderful dinner! We were puzzled at the unfriendliness of guests, some rude. And some staff, but given the attitude of other guests we figured that maybe they were being treated bad by guests and that was why. No one seemed happy......just an observation....living in Abu Dhabi (Beach Rotana, Abu Dhabi & Etihad Towers) for the last 16 months, we've never experienced this before. All are glad and grateful to be here, have jobs, and are eager to serve. We still had a great time, resting, relaxing. We also liked that we didn't need to leave the resort. The beach and the waves that day were breathtaking!

Not bad but definitely not a 5* hotel
Fairly decent hotel on a nice beach but definitely not a 5* experience at all. Middle ranking 4* now catering to eastern European 'all inclusive' market. Minimal eating options and obscenely priced fish restaurant that does not have the a la carte menu that is advertised. Very slow internet! Much better hotels around offering much better value- a shame as I stayed here 5 years ago and it was wonderful - and the Rotana brand is usually much better than this
