I would not recommend this place for even use it as road trip rest or break. It totally not like the picture.

Never again
An unpleasant experience- this "4 star" hotel was 2 star at best. I found two bugs crawling across the wall, the air con was extremely noisy, the bathroom very small and the room averagely clean.I had no hot water, the engineer attended but couldn't fix the problem and the Management refused to discount the price of my stay. Food was average in the restaurant and overall way overpriced.

Regarding the bed , actually this the first time to have such complaint , but if you contacted our reception team , they could help you to change the room or add for your bed some comfortable linen . Youe reservation was on deluxe room , which is worth more than the price you paid with 150 SR per night but you were lucky to get it with offered price . Coral Jubail hotel is one of the 4 star branded hotels in Jubail & eastern province , as it is very unique with the location and the services more than any 4 stars in the area. Overall everything’s as expected for a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel in terms on cleanliness except : 1- the location is isolated in terms of being nearby a grocery stores , laundry ... ETC and you have to own a car to reach them 2- the internet speed was very low for a 4 star hotel , it does not excceed 2 MB ! Not suitable for business or live streaming so be careful non-citizen guest ! 3- the gym was only contain roughly 4-5 machines so be prepared athletes !

Friendly hotel facing the Gulf
Coral Jubail is within convenient distance of Jubail City and the Industrial Zone. Check-in and check-out are prompt and without fuss. Rooms are clean and Nafoora Restaurant offers excellent breakfast & meals to order. Recommended for the business visitor to Jubail!

Meget god service og fint rom
Flott rom med god komfort, veldig bra frokostbuffet men litt høy pris, meget hyggelig personale med god service. Ansatte snakker ganske bra engelsk. Beliggenheten var litt utenfor sentrum i den gamle delen av byen og relativt langt fra den nye sentrumsområdet.

C'est une zone industrielle. Certes près du bord de mer mais pas accessible et moche. La photo de la table avec la mer en fond de plan, c'est un effet d'optique, c'est pris du 8ème étage... La piscine est plutôt une baignoire....le personnel Népalai est très sympa.

Great for business traveller
The hotel is situated near the Corniche roundabout and within easy reach of most of Dammam town and the industrial zone. Service was prompt and friendly and the buffet on the 7th floor restaurant was varied and satisfactory.

Ok für ein paar Tage
Das Bad war sehr klein, viel Staub auf den Möbeln, allerdings gab es einen Obstkorb zum Empfang und jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser gratis. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch nur ok.

Pretty good actually, much better than expected
I saw some pretty bad reviews on the hotel but actually I rather liked it. I had a deluxe room which was basically a living room plus a bedroom and the living room felt quite homely, was a 'nice place to be' and to sit down with laptop and do a little work. At first sight it felt a little in the middle of nowhere but actually I think there were some places in walking distance (even in Saudi temperature - at least in the evening) - I didn't have time to investigate, I was only there one night and went to bed very early. My room service was pretty good. Comfy bed, good night's sleep (which means the aircon suited me fine - I just had to push the vents up a bit so it wasn't blowing on me). If you want to swim, you won't manage it here. The swimming pool is 2 maybe 3 metres long. The gym looked ok. The hotel arranged a taxi for me in the morning and I paid there and then for the outward journey and a later pickup from my place of work and journey to the airport. It's not a flashy ostentatious 5 star hotel but once you get inside, it's better than a lot of the reviews would have you believe.

This hotel should not be rated as four stars: the location, staff manners, and noisy customers correspond more to a much lower category hotel. My first unpleasant experience took place when driving late at night and not being able to find their entrance. There was not sign or indication and I was making turns for over half an hour. To me, this means their hotel is more for locals than for tourists.

Decent business hotel, gets the basics right
Stayed for 19 nights on a business trip. Room is reasonably spacious although the desk area is crowded. Internet (wifi) is stable, but slow at certain times. Shower cubicle is very badly designed and should be modified to give more space and no leaks. Otherwise, hotel is generally clean and in good repair. Food - mostly very good, although beware of the weekly seafood dinner buffet, which is a bit overpriced. Gym is small but relatively well equipped and in good condition. Swimming pool is little more than a bathtub, though. Front desk staff were helpful and mostly courteous, and quite efficient especially with arranging transport.

Return visit; 3 nights, business related. Not near a beach, nor anything very interesting. Easy access (i.e. next to) main road to highway. Clean, comfortable room, nice bed. Usual trash-covered sand outside window to rear. Cheapest western-style hotel in Jubail but perfectly acceptable.

Ok per piccoli periodi
Ottimo il rapporto qualita'prezzo. in altre occasioni sono stato a Jubail in hotel molto piu'blasonati, e non noto differenze che possano giustificare differenze abissali nel prezzo. Colazione dovrebbe essere un po'piu'varia, ma cmq hotel silenzioso,camere insonorizzate (dettaglio fondamnetale in medio oriente, dove spesso si e'svegliato di primo mattino dal muezzin.) internet abbastanza veloce e palestra abbastanza attrezzata. Camere pulite , unico problema, il condizionatore che sparava direttamente sul letto. Cmq la prossima volta che mi devo recare a Jubail, sicuro tornero'.

The name of the hotel may be a little misleading, "Coral Beach Jubail Hotel". It was in fact several miles from the nearest beach, which had to be reached by unlicensed car, as there are no licensed taxis in Jubail.
