'Very happy with the Business Center - small, but very much to the point. Nice location next to the Alandalus Mall. I thank Anwar, Jibom (sorry for misspelling) and Faris who helped me with my suitcases at the check-out, the personnel at the Reception very welcoming, and Mahmoud and Shaheed who cleaned my room for 2 weeks. Overall, I am satisfied with the Alandalous Mall Hotel. I would stay there again next time if my business is in that part of Jeddah.'

'The hotel was fine, but definitely not worth the price I paid (even more than what I paid for a 5 star sea view room right at the beach in Dubai). Breakfast was great and all the staff members were friendly. The only thing I hated were the small windows in the room (made the room very dark).'

'It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent. Their UmAli dessert is a must-try. Special shout out to Mohamed...

'Hotel heeft een goede locatie, maar personeel is ondermaats. Receptie spreekt geen Engels, je kan maar 1 extra kussen krijgen tweede moer extra voor betaald worden. Na veel aandringen wordt pas de kamer schoongemaakt, na veel aandringen krijg je schone baddoeken. Jammer dat de service zo slecht was doordat de receptie geen Engels sprak en je dus niet begreep. Ligging van het hotel is wel ok. '
