'The resort offers a relatively comfortable stay and a nice location. However, there were a few downsides: some insects inside the room, worn-out furniture in the living area, and outdoor facilities that need better cleaning and maintenance. 1. Staff in all roles throughout the hotel were pleasant efficient and welcoming- particularly Front Desk /Reception, and Housekeeping team who were most courteous and helpful.
