'Nice hotel, suite had 2 beds + sofa bed, full fridge, stove, pans, dishes, silverware, nice gated pool for little ones, only complaint pool was shaded by building/ a bit cold for night time swimming and the door from the pool to the lobby key access didn’t work, got locked out had to take long way around back in from pool, also hotels always confusing what smart tv apps are paid for and how to use each if not logged in when you turn on the tv'

'We were only here for one night but we were very surprised how big our room was. Very nice area as well. The area was quiet, but the air conditioner was making a weird noise but other than that, we liked our stay and hotel. Also, super easy to watch TV and the streaming services were easy. '

'there was such a high-level of Customer Service at this hotel. I did not expect the quality of the rooms nor the amenities for the price. It is very nice to be pleasantly surprised when you go into a space to lay your head down for a few days, rebooked two suites. So it was also nice that they made sure that we were right next to one another without asking.
One of the individuals in our party experience a medical emergency. The staff was so responsive and empathetic, and the emergency...
