Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We've been staying at anjeliq multiple times for about 3 years in a row. We're 2 friends traveling to Alanya together. This time our stay has been absolutely horrible!
We booked a family suite since it has a seperate little room with a bed. My friend can't sleep with airconditioning as she gets sick from it and i can't sleep without because of the heat. Anjeliq provides these suites and has always been a perfect solution.
At first everything seemed fine but the airconditioning was broken after a day or 2, i went to the reception and the young guy who doesn't speak one word english would send someone, never happened. The next receptionist was very nice and immediately gave me the key to another room. This room had a working airconditioning but no light on the ceiling.
All well but a day later my friend woke up covered in small insects/bugs, her bed was covered in the crawling little creatures as were all her clothes and the kitchen in this small room.
She went to the reception and there was the young guy who doesn't speak english again (always works in the morning), he was very rude and not understanding at all.
He told my friend she can have another room across our old room which wasn't the exact same room as we booked or the big family suite which would be 5000TL extra. Excuse me? It's not OUR fault you have bugs in your rooms, the audacity of asking for money. We took the other room and had to put a bed in the seperate space ourselves. Such bad service, never again!
