The hotel has lack of character and is bland of feel. The pools seem to have been added as an afterthought just to say the hotel has a pool. Although they state that the bedrooms are insulated there is a terrible echo along the corridor at night and you can hear people talking in adjacent rooms. Having travelled to many places around the world the breakfast here is one of the worst it’s as though they don’t want you there.

Ett av de beste hotellene jeg har bodd på i Alanya. Rene og fine rom, gode senger, koselig og hjelpsomt personalet. Ligger veldig sentralt til alt. Vi hadde et kjempe fint opphold her☺️

Very good, very good cleaning service and nice pools, quite quiet, expect the traffic was loud at times. No air conditioning in the bathroom, otherwise it was effective. There was nothing sweet at the breakfast expect chocolate filling without nothing to put it on. The staff was nice expect one person gossiped about me to their friend.

Hello, thank you for your comment and evaluation, but on the site where you made your reservation, there is nothing written about air conditioning in the bathroom. Desserts such as chocolate, honey and jam are offered for breakfast every day. Hope to see you again in your future plans.

Helt grei standard, noe slitt, men til prisen var det absolutt bra nok. Vi bodde i familierom. Renhold etter ønske. Hyggelig betjening, perfekt beliggenhet rett ved sentrum og strand. Praktisk med kiosk tvers over gata.

Excellent as always!
This was our second time staying at Gürses Life Hotel. We chose to return as we were very pleased the first time staying there. While the hotel is located downtown, it is in a side street so you don’t hear the traffic. This year we went there in June. We noticed that it took some time before the sun reached the pool area, while in August the sun covers the pool area roughly all day. If craving sun, it is however a short distance to the beach (approx 10 min walking). The staff is very friendly, not everyone speaks English but a lot can be accomplished with the help of Google translate. We have arrived at night both times where receptionist has had little English knowledge but this has not been an issue for us. Rooms: we have had family apartment rooms both time where we have access to fridge and kitchen area as we like to prepare our own breakfast. Size on room has been good, bed are good. Pillows are a little bit hard but it’s ok for 1-2 weeks vacation. I like their system were you have to press a button to signal housekeeping that you want the room cleaned. As we do not need HC everyday, this was a great way to signal. First time seeing this in hotel in Turkey and I wish more would use it. (There’s a panel next to room door where you can press buttons if you want cleaning/DND) All in all, we are very pleased with our stay at Güses. As mentioned before, staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Vi hadde et flott 2 ukers opphold på Gurses appart. Dette ligger veldig sentralt og godt.nesten alt var 100 prosent men den kokeplaten og kjøleskap bør skiftes fort som bare det. De to gjenstandene burde aldri vært montert etter oppussingen av Gurses.

La chambre était vraiment bien, y’a rien à dire sur ce côté là. Je devais séjourner deux nuits et partir le lendemain matin mais je suis parti la veille au soir car je devais vraiment partir quand j’ai dit ça à l’un des monsieur de l’accueil il m’a demander pourquoi je pars et m’a dit que la réception elle était fermé jusqu’à ce qu’il accepte de me faire le check out je ne l’ai trouvé pas très aimable. Sinon rien à dire les équipements de la chambre sont vraiment bien

The price/quality ratio justified a few drawbacks
Gurses The price/quality ratio justified a few drawbacks + Cosy and very clean room with new furniture, comfortable bed mattress + The municipality beach is only 5 min away (sandy sea bed and the shore, with nice clean water and gradual entrance) + The staff were quick to help, they showed us the room in advance to agree on everything + There’s a powerful air conditioner and fast Wi-Fi (25+ mbps indeed) + The location is very central — Our major problems were only with the bathroom: it was super cramped so that I couldn’t even close the door without stepping into the shower itself, and there was a strong smell of sewers all the time (even the AC couldn’t get the smell out completely); the shower door was broken and couldn’t move properly (they fixed it twice, then it worked) and then the shower cable broke (but was replaced right away); since most things were immediately fixed, it was alright, just annoying — Minor things: no night lights over the beds; no shower gel among toiletries, only shampoo and soap; the pillows were too hard and tall — The description promised free bottled water but at the reception we were told it’s not included; we were also supposed to have a safe but there was none in the room; we didn’t need them much but I’d prefer the room description to be completely accurate

Nice property if you get the new block...didn't see the apartment rooms in the old block, so cant comment on those. Breakfasts were typical turkish breakfast foods....eggs tomatoes ives watermelon, cheese etc. Very friendly staff who were always willing to accommodate. Didn't use the pools ,but they looked clean and there is a separate pool for children. Location is great as its right near the city centre and the public beach is pretty much right across the street, not even 5 minutes away. The castle beach is a little further , but a reasonable distance away, no problem walking to it. If you're looking for a hotel with a bar, they dont serve alcohol, but there's a little restaurant/bar across the street . Worth the money :)

Apart otel geneliyle iyiydi. Sadece sıcak su akmada sıkıntı vardı. Su çok az akıyordu. Bir de apart otel olmasına rağmen beraber yemek yemek istediğim arkadaşım odaya alınmadı. Bu durum otele karşı bakış açımı çok olumsuz etkiledi.

If You want peace and quiet nice stay
Got no pictures,had my ankle operated,spend too much time in apart. This apart is well worth the price,feel like home. Everybody has been very kind. I have been satisfied, only sad I have to back in the snow and darkness. Spend here for a month and little more. I think to come again.
