After we complained online regarding all the issues with the room we had, like toilet air vent hanging from ceiling, bar fridge mouldy etc, hotel Manager listened to us and upgraded our room. There were Ants in both rooms and bathrooms. Bar fridge never refilled. Food was average, staff look and act unhappy, the reception staff were very flipint. Lack of English, hotel caters mainly for Russian language. It should NOT be rated 5 stars. Don't recommend. The change of rooms assisted in preventing us from checking out early.

Dear Jason,First, let us thank you for the review!We are very saddened by the fact that your stay did not meet your expectations.On this occasion, we would like to make some clarifications:— The main aim of the hotel is to create comfort for our guests. That's why you were upgraded from a standard to a family room. However, we never prevent the will of our guests, and they are free to prolong or shorten their stay.— The hotel is located in the countryside. For this reason, the rooms are constantly treated with insecticides. We do not deny, sometimes ants appear in the rooms. The reason is that in spite of the ban, guests bring food into the rooms. In this case, the staff should be asked to treat the room.— The bar is replenished only in summer, in winter it is not refilled. We politely would like to remind you that after contacting the employees you were refilled with a mini bar, free Wi-Fi access and sent fruit to your room.— The staff speak enough English to perform their duties. The reception is staffed by people who have been trained abroad and speak English at an advanced level.Based on the review that your partner left on another resource, we concluded that you have previously stayed in hotels that are at least 2 times more expensive than Justiniano Deluxe Resort. Category of hotels even within the same type are different—from economy to luxury. This is clearly reflected in the pricing policy of the hotel. The services provided by Justiniano Deluxe Resort are fully in line with its price category.We apologize to you again for any inconvenience caused.Kind Regards,

Dear Guest,Appreciate the review.Thank you for noticing the hotel rooms and the work of the staff.We are sorry that the stay at the hotel did not meet all of your expectations.However, we feel it is necessary to note:- The food at the hotel is consistent with the winter concept.- The architecture of the hotel is related to the landscape on which it is located. For this reason, on the entrance side the lobby is on the first floor and on the territory side on the 3rd floor. If the guests for some reason do not fit the room, they can always apply to the reception. Our staff will do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Sound insulation meets standards and safety regulations in case of fire or earthquake.- The canapés in the corridors are arranged for the comfort of the guests. We admit that it is difficult for us to comment on this point, because the review was left anonymously, and we have no way to determine your period of stay and check the cameras and security reports.- The hotel offers soft animation in winter which is constantly changing (live music, karaoke, movies, etc.) Information about upcoming activities are posted on the info desks. In spite of some comments, we sincerely hope to see you again among the hotel guests and provide a real level of hospitality and service.Best Regards,

Worst tourist trap and fraudulent use of "5-star"
The hotel is quite nice - however, as soon as leaving the hotel area, you will find yourself trapped in an area with VERY poor amenities. The staff in the hotel speaks no English (and remarkably enough many of them speaks no turkish either). Everything is focused on russian tourists - and it shows. The "all-inclusive" concept shows itself from its worst side here - although the hotel formally lives up to its own description, the quality of the offerings is at a level where we often had to go outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. The food in the buffet restaurant is at its best eatable - however, remarkably the "a la carte restaurant" it was even worse. Not ala carte - but a service restaurant. It was close to un-eatable - and since nobody were able to speak anything but russian, it was impossible to find out exactly WHAT we were supposed to eat. When ordering a bottle of champagne and accepting an extra charge of EUR 30, we were brought a bottle of Apple CIder insteadThe location in which the hotel is positioned is far away from anything interesting. You will find yourself paying EUR 40 going to Alanya in Taxi - and same going back. And trust me: You will want to do that often. There is NOTHING to do at the hotel - and nothing to do in the surrounding area. All you can do is stay at the pool or at the Beach, and accept being fed like animals throughout the day.

The hotel is not bad, but would not go again. The food was nothing especially, and utensils were dirty and there was no tables. Unfortunately, I expected something especially for the money.
