Katya Hotel
Me and my girlfriend visited Katya Hotel last week. The hotel is near to the centre Alanya, what is an advantage. For 1euro per person you could reach the centre. The nightclubs are awesome! You've got to check Robin Hood and Havana club. The hotel offers good varieted food, you could eat all day. Kumpir and turkish pancakes at the beach and hamburgers and pizzas at the poolbar. Sadly we were the only belgian tourists. The rooms are very clean and of a 5 star quality, which is unlike to the rest of the hotel ( rather 3 or 4 star quality). All things together we had a nice time in the Katya hotel.

Noise room. Food limited, need to pay 3 euro for fresh orange juice in breakfast buffet. Cheap quality of food. Staff training needed in this hotel. English language training needed in this hotel. Overall don't expect 5star. Customer paid 5 star price but on arrival it's 3 Star in this hotel in my options.

Flot hotel, men dårlig komfort.
Hotellet er flot, men komforten erdårlig - sengen er hård som sten at ligge på. Betegnelsen “All Inclusive” bør ændres til : “All Inclusive Light”. Man kan vælge mellem 3 drinks, andre end dem skal der betales for. Strandbaren er ikke omfattet af All Inclusive - ligger man på, den overfyldte, strand, kan man ikke engang få en øl uden at skulle betale for den, det er for dårligt, og slet ikke samme standard som de omkringliggende hoteller, som vi også har prøvet, og syntes bedre om. Maden i buffeten er noget af det kedeligste jeg har oplevet. Hotellet bør Max have 3 stjerner, og ikke de 5 som de praler med.

As soon as i walked into this hotel there was a lot of commotion between the staff and some customers, which told me that the staff must have a lot of attitude and when i was about to check into my room the staff was shouting at me and one of them even spat in my face and i was very cross about that, but that wasnt the only thing, when i checked into my room i went into the bathroom and there was human waste still in the toilet and as soon as i saw that i complained to the receptionist and they said just flush it. The facilities here r rubbish no personal space, food was trash and not much variety, worst of all they charged us extra for no apparent reason will definitely will not be recommending this hotel

First of all, we would like to point out that you were provided with a free upgrade, and you had stayed in a Deluxe room with higher category room standards for your entire holiday. In addition, although the check-out time was 12.00 on the day of your departure, you had benefited from the facilities of our hotel until 23.30 at night, free of charge. As Kaila Beach Hotel, we do not charge you with these fees, as we attach importance to guest satisfaction. In addition, when we examine our camera records, it seems that you only have your own family of 7 people at the reception when you checked in. Altough we tried our best to host you in the best way that we can, your negative comment made us very disappointed.Best Regards...

As a group of 9 travelling together we always knew that there may be some kick back from staff, however, we tried to make everything as simple as possible - all ordering the same drink at every drinks order at the bar or planning ahead and notifying the staff if we planned to do certain activities. The bar staff complained about having to simply make drinks and always hounding us for tips because ‘there are so many of you’. We were in general made to feel as though we were an inconvenience to the bar staff, especially those around the pool. The food was another issue entirely, whilst they always had a vast selection to choose from, very little was palatable and most made a vast majority of our group physically unwell and we opted to eat out wherever possible. The pools and beach were pleasant and the slides good fun. The entertainment team, and especially ‘engine(apologies that is probably spelt incorrectly), were the most welcoming and helped us organise many evenings of entertainment. Overall I would say the hotel looks great and there are a few elements that are but these are so heavily let down by staff with bad attitudes and poor quality food, would I go again? No.

3 gecelik kısa tatilimiz için genel izlenimimiz fena değil. Otel çalışanlarının -arada istisnalar var- ilgisi yaklaşımı güzeldi. Temizlik ve yemek konusunda problemle karşılaşmadık. Şehir içinde olmasının avantaj ve dezavantajları vardı elbette. Otelin otoparkı yetersiz olduğu için aracımı dışarı park etmek zorunda kaldım. Havuzları ve plajı yeterli. Genel anlamda dört dörtlük olmamakla birlikte çok yüksek, spesifik beklentileriniz yoksa memnun edecektir.

We had 2 rooms for more than 10 days in this hotel. Very unfriendly staff. Waiters impolite and often fought with customers. The bed covering was a disgrace we had no choice but to go buy our own. For the first 7 days we had a safe with not charge on our return to the hotel from a short trip the receiptionist told us safe is 2 euros a day. I asked them why I was not charged the first time I stayed, I was accused of lying. I had to talk to the General Manager who was as unfriendly as the rest he was rude and said the same thing. Someone should teach these people manners and how to deal with customers. This is at best a 2 star I don't understand how it is claim to have 5 start rating.

Vær obs på der er MEGET larm, fra nabo hotellet. Så man skal ikke vælge værelserne vendt ind mod naboen A B, hvis du har små børn eller ønsker at sove før kl 23:00 eller længere end til kl 8:00 Vi var vilde med selve K B, sødt personale god beliggenhed i Oba, lækkert og gennemført - men vi kommer ikke tilbage, vedmindre vi betaler lidt mere for et værelse der ik vender ind mod naboen.
