It’s a good hotel and the food is amazing. Staff was helpful but the room were’nt the best. Needs an update and our room was kinda small for two friends. Also the hotel lays near the main road so there was quite some noise from cars. But I will recommend the hotel to friends.

ich wollte mich entspannen und nicht verspannen!
Ich will mich nicht dazu äußern aber ok : Badezimmer schmutzig und teilweise kaputt. Ich hatte Atem Probleme wegen Schimmel-überall ...ekelhaft!Bettwäsche schmutzig & Handtücher waren auch nicht besser !Für sehr empfindliche Menschen wegen Sauberkeit ist das Hotel nicht geeignet . Wer hat 4,5 Sterne gegeben!? Ist voll übertrieben !!!!!! Ich hab das erste Zimmer gewechselt wo das zweite war auch nicht viel besser . Solche Hotel sollte verschwinden aus Angeboten.

good hotel for economy category hotels
Its 5 stars hotel, but its an economy Hotel, the all inclusive is an extra and limited compared to other 5 all inclusive hotels I was in. the pools are nice, and was fun for the children to swim in.

Lovely spa, but be prepared for a hard sell on more spa treatments. Food was good quality and varied. Too many Russians holidaymakers, rude and unfriendly

Det var jätte bra hotel. Mat, restaurang och aktiviteter var bäst. Guzel ve eglenceli hotel tavsiye ederim.

Dejlig ferie
Vi havde en afslappende ferie i dejlige omgivelser. Hotellets personale var søde og venlige. Der var 2 pools, adskilt af en bygning. Godt med en lidt roligere afdeling. Eneste minus var muligheden for trådløst internet. Når det fungerede, var det ikke specielt godt.

A good base and location
Mostly very nice with a fantastic guest services lady who went the extra mile to help along with friendly service in an excellent buffet restaurant, bars, reception etc. Great location, spacious with lots of things to do. As always for Turkey, a five star is really a 4 by UK standards. Nice but not luxurious unless you take a suite for extra space. If staying in winter dont expect perfect beach bed areas etc as many things are closed down or closed up in all areas on the Alanya coast. Our stay was let down a bit by one surly receptionist who seemed to not want to check or do anything but raise her voice however, and messed up a further reservation and suchlike because of this. That said once the general manager and guest relations lady got hold of it, it was all resolved easily. Simply a staff training issue for some that simply shoukd not be working front of house and would be better suited in the background if they cannot maintain a courteous attitude.

Hotelli siisti ja huoneet mukavan kokoisia. Allasalueella useita altaita ja muutama vesiliukumäki lapsille. Ruoka oli erinomaista. Hotellilla useita baarialueita ja aulatila viihtyisä.
