Friendly and relaxed owners give you a great south Albanian experience. Some driving experience might be useful to get up the hill by car. '

'Good location if a little difficult to find initially. Room was perfect for what we needed during our stay, especially having a washing machine! Great communication and very helpful- it was especially nice having breakfast brought to the room each morning!'

'Great studio flats, we rented 2 flats for convenience. It's very clean and you have everything that you need - fast internet connection, hot water in the shower, kitchen amenities. The pressure of water in the shower was really great. We stay just 3 nights, but definitely, if we will stay in Ksamil one more time - will come back again and maybe will rent 3 flats for our big group :) No reason to stay closer to sea - even by foot it's not too far and here in Vila Malo you have a great price and...

The owner was rude and kept brushing me off kept saying that he was going to show everything and he didn’t we constantly had to ask for more clean towels. The beds were very uncomfortable, constantly had to ask for them to come clean the room. We were told they should come every 3 days to clean that didn’t happen when we requested to leave he lied saying he couldn’t because Expedia had the money we contacted Expedia we were told that they couldn't...

'Great people at the hotel, a bit of a hassle getting there and the communication before was to say the least very poor. But the room was nice and the area is amazing just very expensive compared to rest of southern Albania. Suited for upper class in terms of prices. Get a car to drive around the southern Albania is my recommendation '

'We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — just about 10 minutes from the city center, which made getting around super easy. The view from our room was lovely, offering a charming look over the city. The room itself was clean, quiet, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. Definitely a great choice for both convenience and comfort!'

"Een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamers waren schoon en mooi. Elke dag werd deze opgeruimd, schoongemaakt en werd alles aangevuld. Het persoon is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het voelde als familie. In de ochtend kan je heerlijk ontbijten met uitzicht op zee of ‘s avonds een lekker drankje nuttigen. De cocktails die gemaakt werden door Elibjana waren heerlijk en de gastvrijheid en humor van Erin zijn nu al een gemis. Het betreft een mooi terras. Je kan zo naar beneden lopen het strand op waar de bedjes al klaar staan. Het hotel is ook op loopafstand van de boulevard waardoor alles makkelijk bereikbaar is. Tegenover het hotel heb je een kapster voor degene die even geen zin hebben om zelf hun haren te doen. Het voelde dubbel om weg te gaan, want ben echt behandeld als familie. Ik kom hier zeker weer terug!"

"Rooms: Squeaky clean, large and spacious Food and drinks: Went in non peak season, so the restaurant was not open, but the bar stays open till late and you can get drinks in your room. Noteworthy details: The staff was very polite and always greeted with a smile. If you think something is missing, just ask the staff and they will make every effort to make it right"
