'The house was the perfect size for our large family gathering and Sergio went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Seems like the cleaning staff might have taken significant short cuts before we arrived because some of the floors were dirty, towels and lint left in the clothes dryer and upstairs bedroom not cleaned of trash.
