Exquisite Estate Home op 10 hectare in North Albany

Check jezelf in onze prachtige 6.000 m² rots buitenkant huis met alle voorzieningen. Rustige ligging tussen 10 hectare met seizoensgebonden beek en bronnen maakt dit de perfecte plek om weg te komen, te genieten van de natuur en wat R & R te krijgen. Genesteld in een gevestigde wijk en aangrenzende landbouwgrond. Perfecte setting voor afstudeerbijeenkomsten, familiereünies, zakenreizen of kleine bruiloften. Geniet van de frisse lucht terwijl u vanaf het dek de Willamette-vallei bekijkt, een wandeling maakt in de Japanse tuin of geniet van de vissen en vogels in de vijver of de waterfonteinen. Gastronomische keuken en barbecue in de openlucht beschikbaar met voldoende zitplaatsen. Voel je vrij om de woning te verkennen, te genieten van de tuinen en jezelf te helpen met de seizoensgebonden producten in de tuin of bramen, frambozen en druiven in de achtertuin. Gewelfde entree en woonkamer met veel ruimte voor het hele gezin. Help jezelf om de boeken, dvd's, tafeltennistafel, games en speelgoed in de kelder theaterzaal. Yamaha vleugelpiano en pianomuziek in de woonkamer. Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis, minus de garage, de hoofdkast en het appartement in de kelder. (We hebben een 800 m2 souterrain appartement dat ofwel mijn man en ik of andere gasten zullen gebruiken tijdens uw verblijf. Dit appartement kan ook worden gehuurd als het beschikbaar is voor een extra vergoeding van $ 350 per nacht.) Ga alsjeblieft niet in de twee verdiepingen tellende boomhut in de achtertuin of op de trampoline, want ze zijn niet veilig. Slechts 5-15 minuten naar OSU, Albany of Corvallis.

What an amazing home! Christin has made such a welcoming home away from home for guests. As beautiful as the outside is, the space and grandeur of the inside was better than we could have hoped for! Our only regret was not finding suitable time to hike and explore the 10-acre grounds, which only means we have to come back another time. Thank you again for creating such an incredible atmosphere that is close enough to OSU without being in a hotel environment!

This is an incredible property. It feels very secluded with forest on all sides, great for a private experience. The hosts were gracious and made the experience flawless. Although the hosts stay in a basement unit, we never even knew they were there. The kitchen is well-appointed with anything you might need and the house is charmingly decorated.

Great place for Team Building!

We had an amazing weekend stay at this property with a group of 12 people. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were cozy, and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We especially loved the outdoor space, perfect for gathering and enjoying the views. The location was also ideal, close to OSU, but still peaceful. Highly recommend for a large group getaway or team building!

Nice place for family..kids loved all the toys. Beds were comfortable and house was clean and beautifully decorated for Easter..lovely touch! Intend on staying again when in the area. Convenient and close to town. Some GPS directions a little unclear, but using multiple apps found it but we did arrive while dark outside.

Beautiful Venue

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding and to bring both families together before the ceremony to get to know each other. This home was large enough to comfortably sleep 12 people comfortably and allow around 25 to witness the casual ceremony and get together afterward. The home is beautifully decorated and all the guests made wonderful comments about the home. The photos just does not capture how beautiful this home is in person!! The kitchen has every imaginable cooking appliance required to prepare meals. The stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator are all high-end . Christin and Kevin are marvelous hosts. Whenever we had any questions they were quick to respond. During a severe ice storm Kevin shoveled snd salted the walkways to ensure the safety of their guests. We’d highly recommend this property!

Perfect home for a family retreat.

We stayed at this house while in Oregon for our daughters med school graduation. All I can say is wow! This home is immaculate, and absolutely stunning. The photos online don't do it justice, the grounds, gardens, and interior were absolutely stunning, you can tell this is a well loved home. Every detail was perfect. It fit our large extended family very well, and was the perfect setting for a cocktail party after the ceremony. This house made our stay in Oregon so special. We are so grateful to the hosts for sharing this home with us.

The house is very well maintained with everything needed for a large group (children included). We had multiple family members come in from out of town to meet and stay in Albany for a wedding. it was an excellent experience and the host was great. Beautiful house with everything you need, tucked away!

The house and the property were beautiful and well-maintained. We had a big group of (adult) triathletes staying there for the Oregon 70.3 race in Salem. Staying in a home that had everything we needed for cooking meals, plenty of bedrooms, and a beautiful view was exactly what our team needed to keep the stress levels in check pre-race and to relax and recover after the race. The only issue we had was the internet not working well, which was an issue for some of the non-racing spouses who needed to work remotely on Friday. Otherwise, it was the perfect spot for all of our needs! We were able to message Christin when we had a question and she was very quick to respond. I highly recommend this spot for your next group get-away!

All I can say is “WOW”! This was my first time ever to use a VRBO. Christin couldn't have made it easier! The property was beautiful, we had 10 of us and it was perfect!! The only regret is that we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors, due to the fact that we were there for a wedding. Hoping to make this a yearly vacation for our family. My family stayed a week at Christin's lovely home. The property is beautiful, the home is welcoming, and Christin was very responsive to our needs. When we had trouble with the internet, it was fixed right away. We enjoyed how personal the home was, and the touches of a real family that we saw with the game closet and the kids' heights marked on a door frame. The area is gorgeous and quiet. We either cooked our meals in the extremely well appointed kitchen, or we ordered food for delivery which worked very well. Thank you, Christin, for sharing your home.
