Dear Management,
I am writing to formally express our disappointment regarding the unresolved issues we faced during our recent stay at your establishment.
Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not functioning, making the room extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the main light switch was defective and could not be turned off, which further disrupted our experience, especially during the night.
At 10pm, we promptly informed the front desk about these problems and requested a room change. We had to wake our kids up for this matter. We also asked to speak with a manager to address our concerns. The front desk employee assured us that a manager would call us back to follow up on the situation. Unfortunately, we never received any communication, nor was the matter resolved during our stay.
Given the inconvenience, lack of basic room functionality, and the absence of any follow-up from your management, we find this experience far below the standards of service we expected.
We kindly request a refund as compensation for the significant discomfort and poor customer service we encountered. We trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly.
