Room was clean and nice, beds were good.
We wanted to go to Woodbury Common outlet, only a 7 minute drive.
The breakfast was not great, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and little choice in bread. And on paper disposable plates with plastic cutlery.'

'Great experience from the moment we walked in. Very helpful staff (needed a roll away bed for my family, and they accommodated very nicely). The room was spacious and nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a also great, along with the pool. Would recommend and stay here again '

'Check in was super easy, free indoor parking, rooms were spacious and clean. Location is amazing, water park is a 3 min walk from they hotel. The pool and hot tub were clean and not to packed. Some restaurants in the area like the Crystal Cafe for breakfast. '

"Dit hotel is ons erg tegengevallen. De reviews vielen niet tegen maar het hotel des te meer. De kamers en bedden waren goed. Maar het was zeer luidruchtig met gasten van discutabel niveau. Een keer is zelfs de politie geweest om iemand op te halen.
De ontvangst was buitengewoon slecht. We waren met een groep. Aanvankelijk werd er doodleuk gezegd dat we niet gereserveerd hadden. Toen werd deze wel gevonden, eerst maar voor een beperkt aantal gasten maar na ruim 1,5 uur (!!!) had iedereen eindelijk z’n kamer."
