Dit 3300 vierkante voet, 3 verdiepingen tellende Chalet beschikt over 6 grote slaapkamers, 2 slaapkamers hebben een eigen terras, 3 badkamers en een ton extra vloeroppervlak dat comfortabel geschikt is voor grotere groepen.
De eerste verdieping beschikt over een 8 ft pooltafel, air hockey, familie kamer met grote tv, 2 slaapkamers en een complete badkamer. De begane grond heeft een 20 ft verhoogd plafond, open haard en een prachtige etalage die uitkomt op een enorm terras met grill en tuinmeubilair. Deze verdieping bevat ook een formele eetkamer met een grote tafel, mooie grote keuken, woonkamer, 2 grote slaapkamers en een complete badkamer. De derde verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers en een complete badkamer en een mooie grote zolder. Ons huis is minder dan een mijl naar het clubhuis zwembad en het meer. Geniet van de privacy van dit uitje in de bergen terwijl u toch gunstig gelegen bent bij vele grote attracties en skigebieden.
Dit is een mooi huis perfect voor lange skiweekends, zomervakanties en is geschikt voor grote groepen. Er zijn zoveel bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand. Big Boulder Ski resort ligt op 6 mijl van onze gemeenschap. We zijn een klein eindje rijden van de historische stad Jim Thorpe. Daar kunt u genieten van een locomotiefrit door Lehigh Gorge, theater, antiquing, restaurants en winkels. Hickory Run State Park ligt op slechts 15 minuten afstand met zijn prachtige meer, compleet met strand, wandelpaden en vissen. Korte rit naar Camel Beach Waterpark, casino's, Pocono Speedway, bioscoop, bowlen, minigolf, golfbanen, staatsparken, paardrijden, vissen, wandelen en nog veel meer. Wildwaterraften, fietsen en de grootste Paint Ball-site aan de oostkust zijn binnen enkele minuten te bereiken. Naast de vele voorzieningen binnen onze gemeenschap, waaronder een olympisch zwembad, speeltuinen, tennis etc. Of gewoon lekker achterover leunen en niets doen !! U zult genieten van dit huis en deze locatie.
(Maximaal 8 polsbandjes voorzien voor meer / gemeenschappelijk zwembad, geen extra polsbandjes beschikbaar. Kinderen van vijf en jonger hebben geen polsbandjes nodig. Dit wordt ingesteld door de gemeenschap) Er zijn openbare stranden aan het meer in Beltzville en Hickory Run State Park in de buurt.

Perfect for Our Family with 6 Family Units

We have need for 6 bedrooms on vacation because we have adult children who are married. But because we like to sit together and talk in a group, we also need enough comfortable seating in the living room. And then, we need a table big enough for our suppers together for our group of 16 (including children).Linda’s place has all this and more! The spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, a solid dining table we could all sit at, and two roomy areas for talking together. Plus, the games (pool, air hockey, tabletop curling), hot tub, quiet neighborhood to watch the deer, great WiFi, and a bathroom on each level for the two bedrooms on the 3 levels. It rained most of our week, but some of us still hit the pool and lake, and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood when it wasn’t. We agreed this was the best place we’ve found to meet our needs on the two popular STR sites. Linda’s communication was top-notch, and she provided prompt service whenever we had a question. We would love to return when we can finally make 16 schedules match again!

Wonderful property!!

This was my first time staying at this property and let me just say it did not disappoint!! The house was so spacious, nice size bedrooms, and two of them had their own private balconies which we loved. Kitchen was fully stocked, and the game room on the first level was very entertaining! I have rented off Linda before at a different property and she is still a wonderful host. Very prompt with any questions or concerns. My family really enjoyed this long weekend of skiing and hot tub family time and we are hoping to stay again next year! Even our fur baby had the best time with all her favorite people. Looking forward to next year already!

Family getaway!

We booked a family getaway hoping to have beautiful weather to use the community amenities and spend time at the lake. Unfortunately the weather wasn't in our favor but the house was perfect for us being stuck indoors. The family gathered over some home cooked meals, and was able to comfortably dine at the large dining table together. The bedrooms were all accommodating in comfort and size for our families with children. The game room and hot tub were a perfect addition! The place was well kept and cleaned. Communication with Linda was effortless, she was always so responsive. We wished we could've stayed longer - 2 nights was not enough! Thank you Linda for being a great host!

We can’t say enough about this house! It offers everything! It has a great game room and a hot tub!! We didn’t use the hot tub but a great asset. Close by is a pool and a lake along with other sites within a short drive. Highly recommend!!

The Best Cozy Place To Stay

This is the best place to have a relaxing family gathering. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean and well organized. The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Coming from the city and seeing a family of deer in the backyard was AMAZING! The common areas was spacious enough to have all 14 of us n no sitting around playing uno cards or charades. The bedrooms accommodated all of us comfortable. The host communicate very well. So much we did not need to reach to her at all. She provided all of the necessary information even before we got there. But she had a binder right there just in case. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home and this host. It’s was great. Ms. King. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Outstanding! this house was fantastic for our large group. There was plenty of room in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other when cooking meals. The 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were roomy. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the games (Pac Man, air hockey, shuffle board, pool table). Overall, my family (including a 5 and 1 year old) thoroughly enjoyed this property and would definitely rent this property again!

Jim Thorpe Christmas Crew

We travel to the area every year on the first weekend in December due to a birthday and for old time Christmas in town of Jim Thorpe. The house had everything plus to make it a more enjoyable weekend. The game room was one of the best and kept us having a great time. The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn't believe the space it offered all throughout. We want to once again thank the owners for renting to us and thank you for having a Christmas tree in living room. This was a plus. We usually travel with a mini tree for our celebration. If we could make a suggestion would be to add TVs in all bedrooms. But, all in all, great place to stay, very clean and plenty of beds for a large group like us. Definitely one of the best houses we have stayed at. Will definitely look to rent again in the future.

Fun Getaway Weekend

The house has tons of sleeping spaces, an extra large dining room table, decks and balconies, which provides plenty of space for a large number of people. The hot tub, pool table, and air hockey table were bonuses. There are a ton of places to hike nearby, and a short drive from the quaint village of Jim Thorpe. We had a great weekend getaway with friends and would certainly come back.

Awesome experience

It was a great stay. As long as your group is prepared there shouldn’t be any issues. The place is immaculate, picturesque and every other positive word I can use. My group spent a lot of time in the house and it is truly a great place to stay. Everything is well put together and clean. The amenities (hot tub, pool, etc) were entertaining and the ample balconies and space was fantastic. Working with Linda was very easy and she made sure we had everything we needed. There is limited towels and toilet paper so it’s important that you bring as much as you’ll need. But there are area stores that can provide it.

We had a large group of friends rent this property for a long weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect! From the endless activities at the house alone to the LARGE dinning room table where 16 of us fit comfortably we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Great Friends Ski Trip

This house is beautifully maintained, very clean and very comfortable. We were a large group and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen table is huge and we were all able to sit together. The kids loved the first floor with the pool table & air hockey. The hot tub was a great added bonus. The owner was very easy to deal with. This is a great house!
