Welcome Home!
Relax in our 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, Pet-Friendly home. For added comfort, We also have a Twin bed on the loft, a Queen size sleeper in the living room and Full size sleeper in the lower level. The chalet sleeps 8.

After a peaceful night's sleep, have a nice cup of coffee and take in the scenery on the front porch or on the back deck while listening to the water traveling along the creek.

You will enjoy cooking with family and friends in our fully equipped kitchen or grilling on the deck then dine al fresco on the furnished deck.

Bring your vinyl - we have a record player.

Tell or make up stories around the Fire-Pit while enjoying your favorite drinks or simply relax on the outdoor couch or soak in the Hot Tub.

In the Game Room enjoy shooting pool, playing wall connect four, hook 21 and or board games, while watching the game on TV.

Our gated community offers: 24 hr. Security, Basketball & Tennis courts, 2 Swimming pools with a kiddie pool, Playground, Volley Ball Nets, Trails, 5 Lakes, swimming at the main lake, Fishing(Catch & Release), bring your bicyles and ride around the community and bring your kayaks & canoes for a day on the lake.

While on adventure mode, think about visiting, Hawk Falls Trails & Water Fall, Boulder Field, Bushkill Falls, Kalahari Waterpark & Resort, Camelback Outdoor Waterpark, Great Wolf Lodge, Skirmish(Paintball), Camelback Mountain Resort, Shawnee Mountain, Jack Frost Golf Club, Jack Frost Ski Resort, Big Boulder Mountain, Blue Mountain Resort, Pocono Raceway, Mt. Airy Casino, Towamensing Trails Lake, Pocono White Water Rafting, visit the town of Jim Thorpe, go Rail Biking in Hawley, Axe throwing, and or experience the Pocono Beverage Trail where you will visit local breweries, distilleries and wineries. Don't forget the local wineries - Blue Ridge, Mountain View, Sorrenti, Galen Glen, Three Hammers to name a few.

You will have a meet and greet with our local wildlife. The Deer love carrots and deer corn, you will see chipmunks, rabbits, and you may event spot a momma bear and her cubs.

I loved my stay here. It was warm and comfortable both inside and outside the grounds. The space was clean, and the descriptions on VBRO did not disappoint. It was the holidays, so the house was perfectly decorated for its size, and the Christmas tree was beautiful. It was just perfect for our gift exchange. All amenities, such as supermarkets, malls, and fun escapes, are just down the mountain. I would definitely book again.

This was so amazing. Our first time snow tubing in the Poconos and we were loving king for a cozy place to stay with our pups (or first getaway with our dogs). From the moment of arrival on a snowy/rainy night we easily accessed the house and it was warm and welcoming. The large and comfy leather furniture was perfect for lounging in warmth after a day in the cold. We enjoyed relaxing hours and days all over this space. Pool in the basement, movie night, making pancakes in the morning, hot tub relaxation, and the pups loved crunching in the snow on walks in the forest med backyard. All of this with direct and regular contact with the very gracious hosts. We will def be staying here again.

This place was the perfect getaway with the family before everyone heads back to school. The home is nicely equipped with everything you need. Lots of games, pool table, and we loved the hot tub. Lots of wild life there, we actually arrived and there was a black bear sleeping in woods behind the property.Diana and Mike were great with communication on questions, and quick responses. The lakes were fun, and being able to bring our dogs made even better.Would book again. Thanks!

Fun time in the poconos!

The place was perfect! Had everything we would need and want for an awesome vacation! Hosts were always available for any questions and so nice! We felt right at home and loved the deer visiting daily. The main lake is closed for now but we enjoyed swimming at the nearby smaller lake. Pretty hikes nearby and spent a fun day tubing at Delaware water gap. Can’t wait to visit again and stay at this great home!

Great stay with everything we needed!

This stay was perfect for what we needed. We used the hot tub every night which was lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook a couple meals at home. It was a perfect location we were able to walk down to boulder lake and have a beautiful morning at the lakeside beach. Would 10/10 recommend this stay!

This house is well appointed and very clean. We had a great time. The only thing I would say is there is no bathroom upstairs, so if you need to use it in the middle of the night, you have to go downstairs. But, if that’s not an issue, there is not a problem. The check-in was very smooth and the hosts are very thoughtful. Near to Jim Thorpe and a couple of really good places to eat.

The Best Place!

This house was BETTER than expected. Couldn’t have been cleaner. Modern kitchen. Coffee corner with coffee and tea. Great communication from owners. Deer eating out of our hands. The hot tub was perfect, we roasted marshmallows over the fire pit. So much good. Definitely recommend!

A fantastic time away

Such a lovely 4 day trip. Greeted immediately by the friendliest 5 deer we have ever seen. If you are looking to get away from all the chaos of normal life, this chalet will do it for you. To sit back and watch the snow fall while a fire burns in the wood stove is so calming. We would absolutely do this again.

We all had a wonderful time. Hosts were incredibly accommodating, very responsive and the trip was everything we hoped for. The house is just like the pics/ description and gold star for upkeep/ cleanliness - very close to lakes and ski slopes. We made nice memories here over the holiday weekend.

Winter getaway

The house is cozy and clean with everything needed for a perfect long weekend family stay. The beds are comfortable, nice bed sheets and perfect fluffy towels. We felt like at home. Watching snow falling or stars while enjoying a hot tub was magical. The deer came by every afternoon for dinner and we enjoyed feeding them with the food kindly provided by owners. We will be back in fall to enjoy the patio, the creek in the woods and explore other amenities in this neighborhood.

Quick Northeast PA trip

Had a few days where everyone was off from school and found this great little place in Northeast PA. We wanted something close to nice hiking (Hickory Run State Park), nice places to eat (Jim Thorpe), comfortable and quiet. We got it all and more. Such a nice spot. Spend most nights playing pool in the game room and hanging out outside. Unfortunately there was an open fire ban due to the lack of rain so we missed out on a fire pit, but maybe next time. Communication with the owners was great and very helpful. Would highly recommend this spot.

Relaxation

This was the perfect mini trip for the wife and I on our anniversary. The property had many amenities to keep us busy but was also cozy and romantic. Most importantly the hosts were amazing! Instructions and information was well detailed. They responded to any questions immediately and made the trip extremely smooth. We definitely will stay again and may even bring the kids this time.

Weekend boys getaway

This was my first time ever renting a property through any rental websites. We had several Pocono homes saved and ultimately went with Diana and Michael’s home to serve as our weekend away from the city. This experience far exceeded our expectations. Diana and Michael both kept in touch from the time we booked, to check-in day, to answering any questions I had during our stay. The house was incredibly clean, and everything was just as described in the listing. They had every amenity that we were looking for in a house: A-frame style cabin, firepit, game room, hot tub, wood burning fireplace and close to a lake. I love to cook, and I prepared every meal during the weekend for the four of us in their kitchen that was incredibly well stocked with every utensil and piece of cookware you might need. We grilled steaks on their large four burner grill out back with ease. A family of deer walked right up to the front door both mornings and let us hang out with them. (They enjoy eating tortilla chips if anyone is looking for something to feed them). The hot tub offered much needed relaxation at the end of the day. We went to the fishing lake, which is just around the corner from the property and caught a large mouth bass. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to get away to the mountains. If I could give it any more than 5 stars, I would. We’ve already talked about making a 2025 trip back to this same house should it be available. Thank you for a memorable boys weekend.

Cozy Chalet!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary! The chalet is super cozy and located in a great area. The chalet offered so many things that we really enjoyed not having to leave or drive far to go anywhere. The hosts are amazing and answered all of our questions!
