'Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't have enough towels/wash cloths. Sorry I don't reuse those like they want you to. We then came...

'Great stay'

'The only issue I had was that the bathroom was so tiny. Anyone with mobility issues may have a problem with it as it is so tight. Luckily my husband was not with me on this trip, as he would have had serious issue using the toilet and shower.'

'I chose the place because of the pool and laundry room but laundry rooms was out of service. If I knew that I’ll go somewhere else. I should have received some money back.'

'This hotel was clean, staff responds quickly and the breakfast was more than I expected. Very nice lady who works at the cafe area helping with breakfast. The breakfast tasted good as well. Also very close to Camelback Waterpark and outlets. Very convenient location.'

'The admission was a little chaotic as we forgot where to park (had been there a couple of years ago) and didn't get directions from the staff either that we probably should park first then check in then unload our luggage... The rest of the stay was as expected. Had fun in the water park and the food was good too. They didn't come to make the bed though only gave us more clean towels after first night (We booked for two nights). Overall, ok.'

'We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.'

'After we lost power this week, we needed a place to stay. They were very welcoming to our local family. The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them.'

'Very cute boutique hotel! Still has a lot of original charm. It’s definitely an older building but was very comfortable. Light complementary breakfast was provided the following morning which included donuts from the local donut shop.'

'Do not stay here. So dirty, exposed wires, hair all over the bathroom and bugs on the floor. Looks like it has never been cleaned. Expedia will not refund any money nor will the hotel.'
