'I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! 'I stayed there for 8 days. The food was disappointing because there was no sense of Portugal. What helped was different Themes every night, so could try some food of different countries. Due to additional restaurants or rooftop bar, before booking it is highly recommended to check the terms, I found out on arrival that I have only 1 Asian restaurant included that I can have a dinner once during my stay and no rooftop bar because my package is "only all inclusive".
