The accommodation consists of two independent apartments, one on the ground floor and another on the top floor, which are not rented separately.



Sun_Down Apartment (Ground Floor)

Capacity: up to 6 people

• 1 bathroom with bathtub

• 1 bathroom with shower

Living Room:

• Spacious living room with sofa bed and direct access to the veranda

• Veranda with views of the pine trees and equipped with BBQ

• Closed and fully equipped kitchen: oven, cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, hand blender and electric kettle



Sun_Up Apartment (Top Floor)

Capacity: up to 4 people

Bedrooms:

• 1 bedroom with double bed

• 1 bedroom with two single beds

Bathroom:

• 1 bathroom with bathtub

Living Room:

• Living room with direct access to the balcony and view of the pine trees

Kitchen:

• Kitchen integrated into the living room, equipped with hob, microwave, electric kettle, juice squeezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and dishwasher

• Municipal Tourist Tax: €2 per night/person, between 1 April and 31 October (max. 7 nights, ≥13 years)

• There is a device in the room that monitors noise levels to ensure the well-being of neighbours.



Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left inside the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
