"The staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property was very clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Breakfast was amazing, the hotel is very close to the beach, and everything felt well thought out and practical. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was the airport transfer information. We originally chose the hotel partly because it was explicitly stated that an on-demand transfer to Faro Airport was available, with a price of around €45. In reality, the hotel does not operate its own transfer service and can only call a regular taxi, which would have cost us more than €60. Thankfully, the reception staff were very helpful and suggested booking a scheduled Uber instead, which worked perfectly and cost us only €28."
