Thiago Holidays Apartment

This apartment is inserted in an excellent complex, located in a calm zone.

It is 20 minutes far walking from the village center, where you can find bars, stores and restaurants, and the beach. Moreover, there is a bike path and a pedestrian zone from the complex to the old town.

The complex has two pools, one for kids and other for adults, a tennis court and a restaurant.



this complex is ideal for families seeking rest and a holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The pool is great and we are careful to only accept families so this is a cozy space.

The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.



We are asking to pay electricity and gas bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



We always available to help our guests. They can call us anytime of the day. We like to know them and give them good tips of our city!



The complex is located off the city (1km) in a luxury area. The environment is very serene, especially families live here.

There's a couple of restaurants in less than 5 minutes walking and you also have a food shop in less than 15 minutes, distances that you can walk.



The urbanization of this Villa is situated in a luxury area of the city, where the noise of nightlife and city stress is not enough.

The basic goods and essences for your holidays are close to place.

There is a food shop within 1km walking. There is a bus stop less than 500 meters away. There are a few restaurants near by quite recommendable.

There is a public outdoor gym within 400 meters which you can use at any time of the day.

You can walk to the old town in less than 25 minutes.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
