This villa consists of an entryway, a living room and dining room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms (two of which are en suite), 3 bathrooms with bathtubs, a pantry, and a large terrace with access to the complex’s pool.



On the first floor, you’ll find the living area with two distinct zones—the living room and the dining room—equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi and opening onto the terrace.



The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with the following appliances: refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, filter and capsule coffee makers, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and clothesline.



You’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower, a closet, and a large window opening onto the garden.



Next to the entryway is a two-part bathroom that supports the floor.



Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and a full bathroom; another with two single beds, both featuring a balcony; and a third with a double bed—one of which has a drawer, a closet, and a window—and a full bathroom with a bathtub that serves both bedrooms.



This apartment can accommodate up to 9 adults. For infants, a travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. Please note that sheets are not included with the travel crib.



The terrace opens onto the garden and is equipped with outdoor furniture, a table, and chairs, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors.



The pool is equipped with lounge chairs, and the sun-drenched lawn is perfect for sunbathing.



Maria Luisa Beach is just a 10- to 15-minute walk away, and Albufeira is 2 km away. In the surrounding area, you’ll find several restaurants, shops, and a supermarket.

The neighborhood is ideal for families and couples who prefer to be close to all amenities, in a quiet and peaceful area between Olhos de Água and Albufeira, and just a short walk from the beach.



This area of the Algarve coast has many Blue Flag beaches, a symbol of quality assurance. Maria Luísa is the closest and is just a short walk away. The village has a parking lot.

We do not accept reservations from guests under the age of 25. Please note that a security deposit of €500 may be required, which will be refunded after we verify that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
