The villa features a spacious, bright living and dining room with direct access to the outside, creating the perfect setting for relaxing or spending time together. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers all the practicality needed for extended stays or shared family meals.



On the ground floor, there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them en-suite, as well as a common bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, the villa has 3 more bedrooms, 2 en-suite, a bathroom with shower and a service toilet, ensuring space, comfort and flexibility for larger groups.



The exterior is designed to make the most of the Algarve climate, with an inviting heated private pool (as an extra), shower, barbecue and outdoor dining areas. The garden and spacious terraces allow you to relax with complete privacy, always with the sea as a backdrop.



With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking for 2 vehicles, the property guarantees all comfort. In the vicinity you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, the Salgados golf course and the prestigious natural reserve in the area. Albufeira city centre is just 10 minutes' drive away, offering easy access to all the city's amenities and entertainment.



The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated functionality of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is on and triggered in response to a possible intrusion.



De incheckdag van deze accommodatie is op donderdag (echter kan er flexibiliteit zijn in het laagseizoen).

Als uw vluchten al geboekt zijn of als uw data vast liggen en niet overeenkomen met de gebruikelijke incheckdag van de accommodatie, verzoeken wij u een informatieaanvraag in te dienen voordat u een reservering maakt, zodat wij kunnen bevestigen of de data kunnen worden geaccepteerd.



Deze accommodatie is zelf voorzien van catering. Voor uw gemak kunnen voedselmanden (tegen extra kosten) van tevoren worden gereserveerd.



Verwarmde zwembad is altijd een voordeel voor uw vakantie, vooral wanneer u met kinderen reist. Met de zwembadverwarming ingeschakeld, zal de watertemperatuur altijd tussen 5°C en 8°C hoger zijn dan zonder verwarming.



Een auto huren is niet essentieel voor uw verblijf, gezien de ligging van de accommodatie. Desalniettemin kunnen wij u graag helpen met een reservering als u daar interesse in heeft. Wij kunnen ook transfers organiseren, indien nodig.



Borg voor groepen: € 200 per gast, betaald per creditcard of debetkaart tot 2 weken voor aankomst.

Van de 17e tot en met de 22e gast wordt een extra bedrag berekend dat een extra bed omvat.
