Villa Graca is an attractive 4 bedroom property with a private pool, sunny pool terrace and bright, spacious interiors throughout. Set on the outskirts of Sao Rafael, there are a selection of restaurants and a mini market within walking distance of your villa. Sao Rafael Beach is also a 15 minute walk or short drive away. Further afield, you'll also find fantastic beaches, shops and plenty of places to visit, including children’s entertainment, within a short drive. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Graca is a detached villa nestled in a residential area close to the resort of Sao Rafael. You’ll find a restaurant less than 100 metres from your villa, ideal if you want to leave the car at home for an evening. There is also a mini market and a handful of eateries within walking distance. The beach of Sao Rafael is just a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes’ drive away, while the old town of Albufeira and Fisherman’s Beach can both be reached within 15 minutes by car.

Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
