Villa Moises - an excellent property 500 mts from the famous Falésia beach

Villa Moisés is a spacious townhouse with 3 bedrooms in a fantastic location close to the wonderful beach of Falesia.

This town house is in a condominium with access to lovely communal gardens and swimming pool and is literally 300 mts from the golden sandy beach of Falesia. There are 10 properties which share access to the communal pool and gardens.



It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a WC and has capacity for up to 8 people (using 2 additional fold up type beds). There is a great private terrace over looking the communal swimming pool and gardens with table and 6 chairs. A gate leads directly on to the garden area and swimming pool.



The property is access by steps and external parking is available by the entrance. Internally the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with electric oven, integrated microwave, hob with 2 electric rings and one gas ring, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, electric hand blender and all utensils and crockery needed for a self catering stay. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen and a small private terrace with charcoal BBQ.



There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.



Double doors lead to the living area which has a large L shaped sofa, fire place, TV with some international channels, DVD player, CD music system, dining table with chairs and air conditioning.



On the first floor, bedroom one has 2 single beds, air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes and double doors opening on to a shared terrace which overlooks the communal gardens and swimming pool.



Bedroom 2 has a double bed, air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes and double doors opening on to a shared terrace which overlooks the communal gardens and swimming pool.



These bedrooms share a shower room.



The master bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes and access to a private terrace. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with twin basins and a full bath with shower over.



There is free wi-fi internet access and double glazed windows with shutters throughout the property. 2 additional fold up beds can be provided.



Situated jut 250 mts from a small selection of local cafes, a couple of restaurants and a local supermarket, a car would be recommended but is not necessary when staying here. One of the best beaches of the Algarve is practically on your doorstep!



All reservations include a full clean upon departure.

If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.

If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.



Note: it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property.
