Payment can be made in cash or card and will be refunded by bank transfer within 14 days after check-out, if there is no damage. In case of damage, the amount will be calculated and the difference refunded. • Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 4 PM Check-out: until 10 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and only confirmed 2 to 3 days before arrival. • Extra Guests It is possible to add guests upon prior request. Includes extra bed, bed linens and towels. Cost: 150 € per person / week. • Pets We are Pet Friendly. Please inform us in advance if you bring a pet. An extra cleaning fee of 50 € applies. • Towels & Bed Linens Bath towels are provided according to the maximum capacity of the villa. Extra towels or sheets can be requested.
