Villa Arade - Complex ideal for families

Summary:

Villa Arade comfortably sleeps up to six guests in two cosy bedrooms. Villa Arade is a beautiful spacious villa perfectly located on a complex idea for families with two swimming pools, a tennis court and a restaurant. The villa is only a 20m walk from the old town where you can find bars, shops, restaurants and beach. There is also a bike path and a pedestrian zone from the complex to the old town. walking distance to the beach, there are several restaurants nearby and the city centre as well.



The Space:

Inside the apartment there is, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms.



There is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).



The villa sleeps six guests. Should you have an extra guest joining your stay, we can provide a comfortable Z bed at a supplement cost of £150 per week for the seventh guest, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably.We look forward to welcoming you to Apartment Arade.
