Gelegen in de uitlopers van de Sandia Mountains deze vernieuwde huis is de perfecte locatie voor uw verblijf in Albuquerque. Uitzicht op de bergen en de stad lichten kan worden gezien van beide patio's van het huis. Gelegen net buiten Tramway Blvd en Paseo Del Norte dit huis biedt gemakkelijk toegang tot de vele nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden. De 's Werelds langste Tram' is in principe in uw achtertuin. Geniet van een spectaculaire rit naar de top van de berg, waar een dag skiën of wandelen op u wacht of gewoon een ritje naar een culinaire beleving bij High Finance Restaurant genieten. Als je wilt een meer casual dining ervaring, adviseer ik de Mexicaanse restaurant aan de voet van de tram die een spectaculair uitzicht vanaf de patio biedt. Geniet van een mango margarita tijdens het bekijken van een spectaculaire zonsondergang van New Mexico.

Als je gevoel gelukkig maar een paar minuten de heuvel vindt u Sandia Resort en Casino biedt de grootste gaming-faciliteit in de staat. Het resort beschikt over een top rated golfbaan, een spa, restaurants, live entertainment en dansen. Vergeet niet om hier de buffel, die je kunt zien vanaf de weg op de weg naar beneden.

Als je wil nog wat oefening mountainbikes zijn beschikbaar op aanvraag. De fietsroute is slechts een minuut afstand. Wees niet verbaasd als u enkele kwartel of 'piep-piep' passeren daar gaat een weg runner.

Vergat een aantal essentiële? Een nieuwe CVS apotheek is twee minuten afstand. Andere nabijgelegen winkelgebied omvat Alberston's, Trader Joes, Barnes en Nobles, Target en Kohls.

Zodra uw dag is voltooid, kunt u heerlijk ontspannen in de hedendaagse zuidwestelijke flair. Ons huis biedt een ruime woonkamer met hardhouten vloeren en hoge plafonds die werk beroemde New Mexico kunstenaar voorzien.

Een 50 '' flatscreen LCD in zowel de slaapkamer en een woonkamer met rechtstreekse tv. Draadloos internet voor uw laptop is ook beschikbaar.
De gastronomische keuken is voorzien van roestvrij stalen apparaten met een top kwaliteit keukengerei om maaltijden die worden geserveerd in de bar of op de prachtige eettafel die plaats biedt aan maximaal 6 personen te bereiden.

Lovely Spot.

Very clean, well appointed unit. It is in a very nice, quiet community. Nicely decorated, WiFi and TV, nice small patio area in the back. Highly recommend for the ballon fiesta, or just a getaway.

Christmas 2024

This condo is a gem. The host communicated with us throughout the process and our initial impression of the interior was warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the place was impeccably clean! My family was visiting from out-of-state so spent most of their daytime hours at my home, which is close by. Thus, they did little to no cooking nor used the home's amenities. There were a few issues, which the host either addressed or attempted to address, including a clogged toilet (no plunger on-site to start with), inconsistent wi-fi, and a sliding patio door that would not lock. The door issue was the result of an installed doggy-door panel (we did not have a pet) that was missing a latch so the door could not be locked, which we would have preferred. The condo uses radiant heat as the primary heat source. It also had infrared heaters in most rooms. My family was not familiar with radiant heat so found the house to be rather chilly the last night when the daytime temperatures had dropped. Overall, my family had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and found the location to be most desirable and scenic!

This is a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to reach everywhere in the city but far enough a way from the hustle and bustle. The manager was quick to respond to questions and super helpful. We will stay again!

We were visiting family in town but love being in the mountains. Hiked every morning on nearby trails! Christine is a wonderful hostess and checked in often to see if we needed anything. Decent place but we had some issues

While the property manager was responsive when items were brought to her attention (broken towel bar, garbage disposal not working), this property came up short for cleanliness and organization. For example, bugs in the light fixtures, pet hair on the patio furniture, coffee pot that was unusable until we cleaned it. The closets and pantry were full of "stuff" that appeared to be just thrown in there--no organization. Towels used for cleaning were in the same stack as the bath towels. Although these may seem like small things but they added up. With attention to these details, this property would be much more satisfactory.

Great Mountain View

Christina's ultimate hostess. She was there when I needed her but gave me privacy. Her home is beautiful and could accommodate at least six guest comfortably. It was clean, spacious and like home. The vaulted ceilings with the large windows provided a view of the moon and the stars every evening. The home had everything that you could need to stay for an extended lenghth of time. The bike trails and the yard were perfect for me and my dogs. It provided a much needed respite. She was available anytime I needed her- great communication, great contact. I will definitely be back. Thanks Christine, you're a rockstar!
