VILLA DELLA QUBBAH

Villa della Qubbah is a modern villa with a swimming pool situated in a quiet residential area 1.5 km from Calatubo beach in Alcamo Marina.

Villa della Qubbah features two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a large living area with a sofa and smart TV, and a kitchen with an island. The living area is particularly bright thanks to the large window overlooking the equipped patio, which features a dining table and a relaxing area with sofas and the swimming pool. The villa has a modern style but at the same time presents typical elements of the Sicilian tradition that make the house cozy and polished.

All rooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.

The 5x5 infinity pool with a 2x11 lane is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Next to the solarium, there is a further patio with a sink, worktop and charcoal barbecue.

Guests have access to an additional external bathroom with wc and basin and a laundry area.

Through an external staircase, you can reach a terrace where you find a small gym and from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding vineyards, the sea, and the castle of Calatatubo.

The villa is completely fenced.

The picturesque seaside town of Castellammare, with its charming castle and harbour, is 9 km away from the villa.



The seaside town of Balestrate, with its restaurants and coffee bars, is 5 km away. Over there, you also find a long, well-equipped sandy beach with lidos.
