The structure consists of four carefully furnished bedrooms : two double bedrooms that guarantee maximum comfort and two bedrooms with single beds, ideal for children or young guests. The bright living room with smart TV is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two people, harmoniously connecting to the veranda with sea view. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer, allowing you to comfortably prepare any type of meal. Two modern bathrooms complete the distribution of the interior spaces.

For guests who wish to keep the house powered even during their absence, it is possible to request a second card , available as an optional service at a cost of €30.00 per day , subject to availability and direct payment at check-in. The service is completely optional and is activated only at the guest's request.

As it is a holiday home and not a hotel with daily service, there are no additions or restocks during the stay, regardless of its duration. Guests are therefore invited to independently purchase any additional products.
