Main Living Room: The heart of the house. A warm space featuring authentic exposed stone walls, a cozy wood-burning stove, comfortable leather sofas, and a modern Smart TV. Equipped with air conditioning.

Leisure Rooms: Unwind on the lower floor in our complete entertainment area:
-Game Room: Equipped with a billiard table and dartboard.
-"Arch Lounge": An additional intimate corner, featuring another wood-burning stove for chilly nights.
-Library: A quiet reading nook with comfortable armchairs and views of the exterior.
-Kitchen and Dining Area: A spacious, fully equipped kitchen (5-burner stove, American fridge, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small appliances, etc.). The adjacent dining room features a large wooden table and exposed beams, perfect for group meals and dinners. Includes an additional Smart TV.

Services Note: The house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

🛌 BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT (Max. 8 Guests)

The house has four double bedrooms with a total capacity for 8 guests.
Bedroom 1 "Brown": Features a 140 x 200 cm double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a heated towel rail. It has air conditioning and a large window with mountain views. Includes a walk-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 "Blue": Features two 90 x 190 cm single beds, a wardrobe, a desk, and a bedside table. It opens onto a street balcony and has an air conditioning unit.

Bedroom 3 "Red": Features a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a wardrobe, and bedside tables. It also opens onto a street balcony and has an air conditioning unit.

Bedroom 4 "Beige/Green": Features two 90 x 190 cm single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. It includes an electric radiator and a standing fan. It has a window with views of the Sierra de Aitana.

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share a bathroom, which has a heated towel rail and is located next to Bedroom 4.
Additionally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.

📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND SUPPLEMENTS

The "Spa" must be reserved in advance for a supplement of $20 € per person per stay. Payment is made during check-in. The property provides a bathrobe and slippers for this purpose.

"Late Check-Out" can be requested until 5:00 PM on the departure day, subject to availability (not guaranteed) and a supplement. It is managed and paid for during check-in.

Private Use: The top floor of the house is closed off for the owners' private use.
