'The room was clean, but quite small. Sheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was small and the water pressure was very low. The shower also drained very slow. Overall, a good, slightly overpriced, stay. '

'The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you.
This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up...

'The front desk ladies were very friendly and accommodating, the facilities were beautiful, the location was great, and we had access to a kitchen (though no silverware/ dishes) and W/D for a fee. Great stay!'

'Unfortunately, I have a hard time coming up with positives for this hotel. It's close to the city centre. That's about it. And then there's everything else:
- The room is bare & worn down. There's one bed, one desk, one plastic chair & wardrobes. No Tv, no extra cushions, no place to eat. Not even a waste basket in the entire room or bathroom.
- The bathroom is really dirty. There were specs of dirt on the toilet lid, the shower floor was dusty, the sink was not clean. The shower did not work...

'It was in the right location. I could walk to everything or catch the LUAS or a bus. The garden area is beautiful. The facility is well-maintained and the staff are quite nice.'

'Easy enough check in process and clean enough room- totally understand hotels are busier at a weekend with events on but I just don’t feel this box room was worth what I paid. To get right into the centre it was a 30 min walk almost. Check out at 10am was rubbish, lifts and stairs were packed with dozens of people running at 9:50am to reception- most hotels are 11am or even midday to check out. Hotel listing made it sound as though the tv and fridge was in your own room rather than the wider...
