This year-round house is located on beautiful Lake Mary (2450 acres) near Alexandria, MN. The lake is very clear, with one of the largest sand bottom swimming areas in Minnesota. Lake Mary has excellent fishing year round. This quiet property is a very spacious 2 acres, with plenty of room for yard games and parking. There is 170' of private shoreline and your own dock that you are welcome to tie a boat to. We also have a pontoon, fishing boat and fish houses for rent upon request.

The house sleeps seven comfortably and is well maintained. We want you to enjoy your stay and are happy to accommodate your needs. We live nearby and are generally available. We also respect those who don't feel a need to be in contact with us.

Downtown Alexandria is only a ten minute drive away and offers a wide range of entertainment.

(Note: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in the house, garage, or anywhere on the property. If smoke detectors are set off from cigarette/e-cigarette smoke, or there are any signs of smoking on the property, this will be grounds for immediate removal from the property and a $1,000 fine.)

New for Summer 2025
We plan to add an additional bathroom, living room and beds for 6 more people for the 2025 summer. The house will comfortably sleep 12-13 people after these updates. Our goal is for this house to have everything you could need for a great vacation!
Guest access
The entire 2 acre property is yours to explore, including the 2450 acre lake in your backyard! There are trails through our adjacent property perfect for those interested in a walk to enjoy the peaceful area.
Other things to note
We have a 24' pontoon available for rent for $300 a day or $1900 for the week. If you rent the pontoon while staying at our rental, there is a $100 discount for each day (3 day minimum).

Also available for rent is a 14' fishing boat with a 20hp motor, trolling motor, GPS locator, live well, and lights. The cost is $100 a day or $500 a week.

Inquire on these boat rentals at the time of booking and we will have either or both ready for you!
