Beschikbaar in mei 2020! Nieuwbouw op Lake Mary

Deze woning is klaar voor iemands geweldige visopener en blijft eindeloos plezier bieden voor de hele zomer. Het is momenteel bezig met een complete renovatie. Alles wordt ontworpen met onze gasten in gedachten ... ontspanning, plezier, comfort, gemak en netheid.

Een toevoeging aan het meer, 50 voet van de kust, zal waarschijnlijk het verzamelgebied zijn wanneer mensen niet op het meer zijn, buiten bij het vuur of op het dek aan het meer zitten. We zijn verheugd dat het geheugen begint.

Lake Mary is een schoon meer met uitstekende vismogelijkheden. Eigenaar, Mark, is een fervent visser en geeft u graag enkele tips op aanvraag. Bass en sunnies zijn gegarandeerd. Snoekbaarzen zijn er ook in overvloed.

Het pand ligt aan een baai. De diepte neemt langzaam toe, waardoor dit ideaal is voor jonge zwemmers of om in te waden. De bodem is zanderig en het water is helder. U zult 100 voet van oever van het meer hebben om van te genieten, evenals een 200 voet dok om te gebruiken.

De woning ligt in een rustige landelijke omgeving. Het zit aan een doodlopende weg en heeft een open veld erachter. Er is een grote tuin om in te spelen en voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Voor de natuurliefhebber: bekijk adembenemende zonsopgangen aan het meer, prachtig
zonsondergangen in de rug en sterrenkijken 's nachts. Er zijn twee kale adelaarsnesten in de buurt van het pand. Hun vluchtpatroon bevindt zich voor het pand, dus dagelijkse waarnemingen zijn waarschijnlijk. Loons leven ook in de baai.

Als u een pauze wilt nemen van het meer, ligt Alexandria, onlangs verkozen tot beste stad in Minnesota, op slechts 10 minuten afstand. Dingen om te doen en te zien zijn: charmante lokale winkels (couponboek meegeleverd), unieke en heerlijke restaurants, Copper Trail Brewery, Big Ole, Casey's Amusement Park en de Central Lakes Trail

Everything We Hoped

Plenty of room for all 9 adults who stayed. Great communicative hosts! We had issues with our own personal boat motor and they were willing to rent us the pontoon last minute. The backyard provided plenty of room for all of us to sit around the bonfire and play corn hole in the afternoon. Lovely view and great fishing lake! Will stay again.

Fantastic

What a phenomenal week at the lake! Chris was a wonderful host. On Monday, we woke up to a very rainy day and we had an email with rainy day activities. After the rain, the dock needed to be raised due to the amount of rain. The hosts were out there right away to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Chris was very responsive. The Lake Home was well equipped with everything that we needed. Our family especially enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and pontoon. The fishing was great on Lake Mary, which is important to my family. My grandsons caught multiple fish off the dock, so they were very happy. I was concerned about the space because we had a large group. My fears were unfounded and we had plenty of space! I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be staying here again!

Great Vacation

We had a large group of adults and children stay here for a week. We thought it was able to accommodate our group without feeling on top of each other. There is a decent size yard in the front and the back and the water is easily accessible. The lake was nice and quiet. We liked being outside of Alexandria with it still being a short drive to get what we needed. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

The lake home was beautiful and located on a great fishing lake. Our family enjoyed fishing (both on the lake and off the dock), swimming, kayaking and biking. Peaceful lake stay

Plenty of room for our group. Everything we needed for our family to enjoy some time together on the lake. The kids had a ton of fun just playing on the dock and using the paddle boards. Mother-daughter trip

Three mothers and four daughters stayed to celebrate the girls’ college graduation and first professional jobs. We enjoyed using the paddle boards, pontoon, corn hole boards, and fire pit. The number of beds was great, but the bunk beds weren’t comfortable. We cooked most meals at the house and needed a larger pot for cooking pasta and some containers with lids for leftovers (bought some at the second hand store for the next renters). The list says to bring your own life jackets, but there are some already. We saw a bald eagle, gold finch, and hummingbird. We made many fun memories!
