Parking is very friendly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is good. So, for visiting Alexandria with a self-drive car, this hotel is a very good option to stay.

The staff were excellent! The room that i stayed in was very spacious and clean. Special thanks to Nashwa’s from the front desk for her Proffesional help with my extended stay request. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is new build in 2017 and still as new so for me it was very good , also i liked the walk in shower so much , perfect place easy shopping , easy come easy go where ever you are going it is so easy from the hotel location , least but not last friendly stuff all the time , thank you .

I booked a room for my brother and was told by a costumer service representative who contacted the hotel that I wasn’t going to get charged extra for being a foreigner, yet the hotel charged me $15 per night. Expedia contacted the hotel to request a refund but still nothing! I will update my review if I get my money back.

The hotel itself was okay. Room was clean and the washroom was spacious and clean as well. The only disadvantage was the location. The parking was overpriced as well.

i use a simple personal security camera that i connect to wifi which i can access remotely from my phone. on my 4th day at the hotel, i received a notification that motion has been detected in my hotel room. i reviewed the footage which had shown a man dressed in room service uniform enter my room, look at all my belongings with curiosity then left the room. the whole event from entering my room to leaving took 45 seconds. i brought this breech of trust to the hotel manager and expressed that i no longer feel safe leaving my room unattended. the manager asked for some time to “look into it” after doing so, the manager told me: “this is quiet normal, a staff member went into the room to count your towels.” now, im not sure what planet im from any more, but where i come from, entering someones room, without permission, looking around at their belongings and leaving is sketchy AF. especially because they were not counting jack sh*t. i do not trust this hotel past how well my own eyes can see them, neither should you. do not book at this hotel, they are dishonest. if you do book, make sure to run some kind of security system to protect any assets you have. remember folks, if i didnt have a camera in there, i never would have known someone snuck in. لا تثق بهذا الفندق. احترس، يدخلون الغرف بعدم إذنك و يتفرجون علا اشيأك الشخصيه. لقد امسكتهم متلبسين بكاميرا الامن الشخصيا Vertraue diesem Hotel nicht. Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände sind nicht sicher.

was ok . not bad - what i did like about the rooms was the floor - tile not carpet. and the bathroom was big and very clean.
