Venture just 2 miles to the magnificent surroundings of the verdant Lincolnshire Wolds, where you will find a myriad of picturesque footpaths and trails to follow. Head 5 miles in the other direction to reach the coast. Here you can walk 20 miles from Gibraltar Point to Mablethorpe along the Lincolnshire Coast Path. Discover scenic beaches for picnics, paddling and dipping in the sea. Try Chapel St Leonards, with its long sandy stretches. Huttoft Beach, also called Moggs Eye, 9.5 miles away, is more secluded and also known for its surfing and fishing. Visit the National Trust’s picturesque Sandilands, 10 miles away, to look out for wildlife and appreciate the enormous skies.

Enter to discover everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Wander through to the open-plan kitchen/diner to start cooking a lovely lunch. Sit down to eat together at the table, with the sliding doors to the sunny conservatory pulled open. Carry coffees through here afterwards to enjoy as you look out over the beautiful garden.
