'There are not many viable lodging establishments in wellsville these days . We would highly recommend staying here . '

'If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!'

'We had a great time. My 6 year old son caught a bunch of fish right from the dock. It was a short drive to Watkins Glen. The home was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Good communication with the owner. We would definitely recommend!'

'Fantastic little place - truly cozy and well-appointed. Good place for me to use as a home base while visiting local parks: Letchworth, Stony Brook, Eternal Flame, and even Niagara Falls! Town is (really) quiet in the summer.'

'The location was very nice being close to everything . It was kept clean. Definitely not toddler or baby friendly with all of the floor decorations throughout and stairs to get up and into the unit but we made it work. We did cook a couple times which worked out well for what was supplied to cook with. The third bedroom is only a twin blow up mattress not a queen futon . Overall would definitely stay again '

'My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate...

'The cabin was awesome! We saw a ton of wildlife. We saw a baby beaver, a doe and spotted fawns, albino doe, a goose and her babies, plenty of birds and fish. '
