+De accommodatie is netjes, ruim, 2 badkamers, airco op de slaapkamer, ruim balkon, rustig gelegen, supermarkt om de hoek, leuk en goed tapasrestaurant onder appartementen +/-Uitzicht op zee wordt te fraai gefotografeerd voorgesteld, keukenbenodigdheden zijn wat weinig Bushalte is om de hoek, maar de rijtijden niet op afspraak. Goed tapasrestaurant onder appartementen !

Quelques petits soucis concernant les sanitaires mais le propriétaire très sympathique est venu vérifier. Avantages : parle français, appartement dans un coin calme pas très loin de la mer, proche des restos, commerces. Les Portuguais vraiment très sympas, dommage que très peu parlent le français mais on arrive à se faire comprendre. Très bon séjour en général

Die Wohnung war Sauber. Und für den Preis unschlagbar. Der Kontakt war zu jeder zeit Freundlich und sehr bemüht. Was etwas schade ist das man auf dem Balkon nicht wirklich sitzen kann, da der Essen Geruch der umliegenden Restaurant zu stark ist.

Séjour à Albufeira
Séjour très agréable dans un appartement confortable. Les deux chambres et leurs salles de bains ont été appréciées ainsi que la climatisation. La literie est de qualité et la wifi dans l'appartement est un plus. Une petite amélioration à apporter serait d'installer aussi la climatisation dans la salle à manger ..... Situé tout près de nombreux restaurants, commerces et bars l'implantation de ce logement est très bien localisée. Les premieres plages sont à 10/15 mn à pieds et elles sont très jolies, l'accès est dans le sens de la descente donc le retour demande à faire un effort pour remonter ! La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle en première semaine mais elle a été opérationnelle la deuxième, dommage qu'elle soit quelque peu distante de l'appartement .... Pour visiter la région un loueur de véhicules est implanté de l'autre côté de notre rue, rien à redire. Pour conclure les propriétaires étaient très chaleureux, à notre écoute et nous ont bien informé sur les centres d'intérêts à visiter aux alentours. Nous avons aussi fortement apprécié qu'ils nous laissent disposer du logement jusqu'à 16h00 le dernier jour car notre avion décollait en fin de soirée. De plus ils se sont rendus disponibles pour effectuer nos transferts aéroport/logement. Je recommande donc sans restriction ce lieu de villégiature.

Do not go to this apartment! Christina who managed the property was awful, communication was appalling lied about aspects of the holiday. Tried to charge us for extras that we’re supposed to be included. No communication about getting in the apartment we had to ask an estate agent to contact her as she didn’t answer the phone we stood waiting when we got there. I WhatsApped and she took 2 days to reply and said I hadn’t messaged her when it was clear she had read my messaged and cut the call off when I tried to contact her then sent a message “message me” Refused to give us the address of the property I had to call VRBO to help. When we eventually got in she charged us €25 per person for linen and towels there was 5 of us and there were 4 sets of thread bare rock hard towels and the linen was just pieces of material with dirty quilts in the cupboards 2 of them. There was a foul smell in the bathrooms all the time which made you feel sick. The children’s pool was full of building materials and rubble we had children with us so we expected the pool no mention of that beforehand. We had a late flight we asked if we could have late check out she said it would be €140 for 4 hours! She said there was somewhere to leave our cases on the day of departure she said there wasn’t! The beds are rock hard wooden plank with a rubbish mattress on them. And only sleeps 4 the sofa pulls out but the room isn’t big enough to accommodate it. Do not go here it’s appalling !

nous avons visité l'essentiel de cette magnifique cote d'algrave et en avons pris plein les yeux nous avons egalement apprécié la cuisine portugaise et l'appartement propre et spacieux avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain ideal pour 2 couples nous n'avons pas pu apprécier la piscine et l'ocean encore un peu frais à cette époque de l'année

Great location! Comfortable apartment
Accurate depiction of the property. Check in easy. Employee of owner met us. Apartment very clean. Sufficiently equipped for basic cooking. Nice large deck with view of sea. Walking distance. To heach. Supermarket conveniently close by and lots of cafés and restaurants close by. A few issues to address with owner before booking: there is an additional charge of $50 euros per couple for bed linens and towels ( they were of poor quality and bed sheets not fitted; no cleaning supplies… we were there for one month and had to buy cleaning supplies; pool was not available for use the first week we were there…dirty and construction . Owner did not advise us that pool was not available to us; strong sewage smell coming from on suite bathroom about 50% of the time and also on second floor hallway where apartment located… had to buy javex to manage smell. If issues addressed with owner before booking, it is overall a good rental.

A very bad smell, bare minimum provided, no dish soap, our towels smelled mold and when asked for another set it was denied, toilet seat was broken and was to be replaced the next day, they never showed up. Appreciate the fact that check in was smooth since we were very tired.

Lovely apartment close to everything
Had a lovely 4 day stay in Christine's apartment. Cheak in was easy patrick meet us when we arrived and showed us around. Apartment was clean and very spacious with everything u need. Lovely views from balcony Supermarkets close by and a lovely all u can eat Chinese at the end of the street. Short walk to the strip. And also a 25 min walk to the old town which is lovely. Would stay again thank u for everything.

L’appartement est très bien situé et à proximité des commerces est des plages.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement situer . Plages, supérette et restaurants à 3 mn à pied. Le grande piscine est un plus . Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Patrick et d’ailleurs je le remercie pour tout les conseils sur les visites sur cette belle côte d’Algarve. Bref sans hésiter je conseil cette location. The flat is very clean and spacious. Easy to communicate with the host. Fully equipped kitchen which was great for us as we had breakfasts in the flat on the large balcony with the sea view. It was not planned to pick you up from Faro airport we made no appointment. For blankets at your request they were provided within less than an hour and the apartment also has a heater and you were explained how it works but you did not want to use it. Other hosts came after you left and there were no problems

La région de l'Algarve est tout simplement magnifique. D'une rare beauté!
Appartement très bien situé dans une belle ville touristique, très propre et confortable, à proximité de tous commerces et restaurants, mais surtout idéalement placé à quelques minutes des côtes bordées par l'océan. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire et bien conseillés. Pour passer un très bon séjour en famille, sans aucun soucis. Allez donc découvrir cette région de l'Algarve qui vous coupera le souffle de beauté, et vous transportera dans un autre monde!!! Époustouflant...

Lovely apartment
Would highly recommend this apartment. Very clean and spacious for 4 adults. Great sea view from the balcony, which had all day sun. In a great location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a 15 minute walk to the strip. We was met by Patrick when we arrived, lovely guy. Doesn’t speak much English but we were still able to communicate ok. Also Christine sent a couple of messages to make sure we were ok, All in all we had a lovely time. Would definitely return. Great property and location. Comfortable and clean. Planning on staying again on our next visit. It would be nice to have a roll down shade on the terrace. A little warm in the afternoon. The terrace was our favorite spot.

Até ao dia de hoje não obtive a fatura do alojamento. A limpeza foi muito fraca. Tive de pagar um extra a mais, supostamente para isso, no dia da entrada. No anúncio não fala. A casa está bem localizada.

Até ao dia de hoje a Senhora não me fez o pedido de fatura do alojamento. A limpeza e a desinfeção COVID é a nossa primeira prioridade e deixaram a casa muita suja com o seu animal de estimação. Não recomendo a turista. Experiência muito fraca e falha de comunicação.

Foi uma semana espetacular, os miúdos (adolescentes) adoraram ter uma piscina, quase, só para eles, apartamento bem localizado, perto de tudo, praia, comércio, supermercados, restaurantes, esplanadas, e com estacionamento ao pé do apartamento. O apartamento está bem equipado perfeito para dois casais com 2 miúdos, aproveitamos para fazer a maior parte das refeições em casa, foi mto bom, o anfitrião - Cristina, sempre disponível para tratar e ajudar e recomendar. Agradável estadia
Alojamento bastante bom para o preço, localização central, a 10 minutos a pé de duas praias e perto de muitos restaurantes e super mercado. Piscina pouco movimentada ideal para um mergulho a qualquer horário. A proprietária foi bastante simpática e flexível. Permitiu que levássemos os nossos animais sendo que o resto do condomínio também o permite. Poderia ter mais algum material de reserva para limpezas, papel higiénico, etc.

The perfect vacation house in Albufeira.
Very clean , house is well equiped, close to the beach, the Owner is a very pleasant person. The area is very quiet and has good restaurants near the apartment. I would consider coming back here.

Passamos uma ótima semana de férias no alojamentos. Apartamento muito bom, bastante bem situado. Permite levar animais de estimação o que para mim é uma enorme mais valia. Recomendo e espero voltar.

The property was advertised with two pools, one being a child’s pool and also advertised an elevator
I chose this property as I was travelling with my daughter and one year old granddaughter. It stated that it had children’s small pool and an elevator which appealed to us as we had a baby and a pram. There was a derelict child’s pool and an adults pool that was surrounded by empty run down derelict buildings, which no one used!! Surely this should have been stated in the advertisement. It said this was a quiet residential area, but we found noisey barking dogs all night and witnessed a few loud domestics which brought the neighbours out and the restaurant staff below. I wish I would of known about the lack of a lift as I suffer with back problems and carrying prams, shopping was a chore. I also had to ask for a mop as the place was really dusty and my granddaughters blanket got really black the first evening we arrived. They also said it had amazing sea views, but forgot to mention the awful rundown derelict buildings below in the view of the balcony which did not get any sun. Also, when I received my security deposit I was down 10 euros and asked for an explanation but still haven’t received one. I did not leave Portugal after my week, I found an altnernative place to stay. Very disappointed.

You are travelers to be avoided not recommendable, dirty, dissatisfied, rude. You are my worst experience, cleanliness is one of our primary concerns, unlike you, who is surely not one of your first qualities. You forgot to say that you made the apartment very disgusting, you also broke the shower bar, you also forgot to say that you asked for our help to forget the keys inside the apartment. We arrived very quickly to help you out. The pool is not surrounded by abandoned buildings as you say it's just because of the Covid there are fewer tourists. The children's pool and the lift were being repaired but the situation was sorted out as soon as possible.When you checked in you arrived late at night and we checked in. It’s very disappointing.

Vacancier désagréable, antipathique, en permanence insatisfaite et exigence démesurée. Son animal de compagnie est sale, malpropre voir repoussant, la propreté et la désinfection Covid 19 est une évidence et notre priorité absolue. Notre plus mauvaise expérience 2020 en tant que propriétaire.

Tout est à portée, restaurants, magasins, plage.La région est magnifique pour y faire de splendides découvertes. Nous sommes pressé d'y retourner dans un avenir proche.

Beautiful large modern apartment
Stayed in the apartment for 6 nights October 9th - 15th. Had arranged airport transfers with Christine. Her husband Patrick picked us up, he doesn't speak much English but we still managed to communicate. Really nice funny guy. Patrick took us for a tour around the area then to the apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the largest apartment we have ever stayed In. Very modern and well kept with a huge balcony. It had absolutely everything you would require. Large swimming pool if you are brave enough to go in the. Water cold but then what can you expect for October. Very quiet apartment block in Central area, lots of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Try the Curry Lounge, turn left from the apartment 2 minutes down the road, eat all you want 15 euro. Great Indian meal, fab nan bread. Try also Cockerell restaurant down from the Curry Lounge then 1st left. Great English restaurant very popular requires prior booking at least 2 days in advance. Great location near to the strip and 20 minutes walk to Old Town. Best of both world's. Great communication with Christine. Would highly recommend. 5 star apartment. Will definitely return.
