verourderd complexet goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding .eenvoudige kamer ,oude badkamer.wel netjes.ideaal wanneer je enkel het apartement gebruikt om te slapen. vriendelijk personeel . ligging is super !aan een prachtig ,rustig strand en boulevard met restaurantjes en bars.

Deze apartemententoren (26 verdiepingen) staat op een prima lokatie. Op zo'n 50 meter afstand van het prachtige Praia Da Rocha strand. Eenvoudig ingerichte kamers (die wel toe zijn aan een onderhoudsbeurt). Maar zeker waar voor je geld !

The hotel hallway is dark, light is too dim. Location is convenient, with a mini market and cafe right across the hotel. We booked 2 rooms, only one is with sea view.

Great spot, comfortable stay
This was a great location and a comfortable stay. We upgraded to the 2 bedroom for our family stay and the hotel reception couldnt do enough for us. The pool was big..it says theres a minimarket onsite but i didnt find one however there is a supermarket right opposite. The view was stunning. This was our first stay outside of a 'hotel complex' and we wouldnt hesitate to go back

Très bien situé, la plage est magnifique!!! Le personnel est très gentil et courtois. Par contre, l'appartement est très ordinaire: le lit craque et est moyennement confortable, comme le divan, les electroménagers datent des années 80, les accessoires de cuisine sont correctes mais très peu nombreux et le pire... ça sent les égouts parfois juste un peu, parfois beaucoup!!! Cet endroit a besoin d'amour ...mais l'environnement et les employés sont parfaits!

Bien que proche de la plage, il y a une piscine accessible jusqu'à 20:00. À deux minutes à pied d'un quartier avec plein de restaurants de toute culture et beaucoup de boutiques. On a eu un appartement côté opposé de la mer, mais globalement satisfait.

The proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent. The apartment itself was just okay. The dishes were what we would take camping!! We actually ended up buying mugs and wine glasses as there weren't any provided. The pull out couches definitely need to be replaced. Not sure what they would be like to sleep on but way too uncomfortable to sit on. I think they are as old as the 20 year old building. The cleaners did an okay job with what they had. Unfortunately they didn't have a vacuum so after an extended time there a vacuum should have been used. Having a washer was a bounus as well as the 2 balconies and a beach view. The front desk was helpful with any concers we had. We also loved the pool and it was well maintained. Just wish they had a pressure washer to clean the bird poop off the chairs. Also new chair padding should be ordered. Most of what's there is cracked and torn.

Big apartment style with kitchen, bottle of Portuguese wine, free parking, excellent location (walking distance to beach), large windows, terrace, comfortable beds. Older building but priced very well. Very pleased.

Horrible experience. The apartment was filthy so much random strands of hair found throughout the apartment. Outdated appearance. It’s best to just book a hotel. The staff was very pleasant that’s the only positive on the whole experience.

VIP perks from Expedia are a joke. Yes, I received a bottle of wine but had to pay for internet access. Was not offered or given any upgrade nor late check out. Property was ok. Specific unit was poorly lit. Kettle was broken and heating unit didn’t work. Location and parking was good and building security is good.

Tres bruyant comme secteur. Les chambres ne sont vraiment pas au goût du jour. Mais l laveuse à linge tres appréciée. On doit être tres patients niveau des 3 ascenseurs pour 20 quelques étages. Les balcons offrent une superbe vue si vs êtes du coté de la mer. Piscine tres belle. Les appartements ne sont insonorisés.

Great location, but really run-down and without much care put into the space. The bedroom was the only okay room, the bathroom was dirty and smelled when we got there and the common space was really unpleasant (scratchy furniture, dirty, bad decor, and smelled like cigarettes). The location was great and bed itself was fine for one night but definitely wouldn’t book again because the apartment overall was just gross.

Great grounds. Pool access and clean. Supermarket across the street with great Pao Quente and good coffee. Walk everywhere with a lot of vendors Restaurants Casino nearby. The only thing that I probably did not like is the access to the beautiful beaches there were a lot of stairs. Otherwise, great!
