Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. The only thing we didn't like are the beds are a little hard but it was the same at the previous place we stayed. We made do. Also tile floors are always cold which I'm not fond of but we had travel slippers with us. So would we go back there, definitely!

Amazing location steps from the beach! You can find everything such as shops, restaurants, ATMs at walking distance, including a grocery store at the same complex! Property manager Filipe was excellent and accommodated all our needs. The building/apartment are showing its age and could use some TLC. Apartment cleanliness can be improved. Bottom line despite the things mentioned we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed during a festival on the beach, Filipe was great help when our flight got delayed and we had to check in abit later than expected, very accommodating. Only issue is cleaners came in unannounced at 0830 on the day of our check out when our check out time was 1000, they came back later.

Bestilte og betalte for 2 stk lejligheder på 60 kvm med hav udsigt fra balkon. Fik 2 lejligheder på max 45 kvm, og hav udsigt hvis man kiggede til siden. Det er ikke i orden. Men flink personale, der bliver ikke rengjort under ophold eller lagt nye håndklæder

Nice view. Across the street from the beach. So close to all the bars restaurants and shopping. In fact it had a great grocery store in the complex. I love the heater and washing machine as I was staying in the winter and for 7 weeks.

I like the location. Close to restaurants and bars. Right across the street from the beach. Had a lovely view of the beach. A super market in the complex. Good facilities. It was nice having a cleaning lady come and change our towels and bedding and clean the place. Filipe the manager was always quick at answering any questions I had. I did not like the bed. It was very low and hard.

The apartment was quite nice but dining chairs were uncomfortable after approx. 1 minute! Only one lift out of two was operating which meant a long time waiting. On one night, when we returned from a restaurant, none of the lifts were working and as my wife is partially disabled, she had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. This took a long time and was very painful. Therefore, you should advise people that it is not suitable for disabled clients. This is an observation, not a complaint but I won't stay there again.

property management was excellent, friendly and accommodating. the ranking at 3 stars is appropriate. improvement could be made in bed size and quality. The double beds available were not suitable for larger frame people with back difficulties. Suggest beds could be an option of two twin beds or put together with a top foam mattress pad covering the joint. This could be King size, at very little expense difference and superior comfort for visitors. The price of stay was good value, with appreciation of ocean view that was slightly detracted by the unfortunate condition of restaurant roof in view. There is some potential for this accommodation to be 4 stars, with a few details attended to

Alojamento local com sala, quarto ,cozinha e banheiro, sacada, estacionamento privativo. Tudo limpo e muito bem localizado. Em frente a Praia da Rocha, com tudo perto. Quando comprei a estadia dizia que tinha vista para o mar. Mas é visão lateral. So da pra ver um pedacinho da praia. Os apto de frente tem uma vista melhor. O modem do wifi estava no quarto dos nossos amigos. NÃO tinha no nosso. Tem utensilios de cozinha. Amei tudo

Домашний комфорт с шикарным видом на океан!!
Неделя в этих апартаментах запомнится нам навсегда!! Мы просто влюбились в Прайа де Роша и в апартаменты Varandas.Расположены прямо в центре данного прибрежного посёлка, на улице с магазинами, кафе, ресторанами. Прямо в этом же здании под арку большой маркет: продукты, напитки, выпечка, алкоголь, бытовая химия и т.д. Сами 7-этажные апартаменты оборудованы 2 лифтами и бассейном с шезлонгами на открытой террасе второго этажа. В номерах, сильно придирчивые люди могу отметить, что некоторые предметы не слишком новые иль потертые, но при этом есть ВСЁ что необходимо для длительного самостоятельного проживания в комфорте: плита, холодильник, стиральная машина!!! (чему мы были очень рады т.к. до этого уже путешествовали некоторое время и хотелось перестирать вещи), микроволновка, утюг, ручной пылесос)) Посуды всякой много, а вот средства для мытья/стирки придется покупать. Отдельная спальня с удобной кроватью, что не мало важно. Телевизоры в 2-х комнатах, но мы не включали (русских каналов нет). Но всё это лишь бонусы к великолепному виду из окна!!! Внимание: чтобы как мы по прибытию не трепать себе нервы, обязательно за день иль за несколько часов предупредите администратора т.к. при ранних/поздних заездах его в здании нет; договоритесь как попасть в номер. P.S. На такси 5 евро и вы на рынке Портимао (до 12 работает только), закупаетесь морепродуктами, готовите и наслаждаетесь видом, креветками и портвейном)) Спасибо, Filipe, мы вернемся обязательно!!!

편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 감사합니다.
숙소는 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 발코니에서 바라본 해변가의 풍경은 일품입니다. 직원분도 친절하시고 반갑게 우리를 맞이해 주었습니다. 단점이라면 포티마오에서 좀 거리가 떨어지고 차량을 렌트하거나 승용차를 이용하지 않을 경우 대중교통수단이 적어 주로 택시를 이용할 수밖에 없습니다. 또한 사무실이 떨어져 있어 바로 찾아가기가 어렵습니다. 반드시 전화를 걸어 직원이 마중을 나와야 한다는 점이 조금 불편했습니다. 전반적으로 가격도 좋고 만족했습니다.

Located at the famous Tomás Cabreira strip, it is set in the Praia da Rocha district. Top location, next to shops bars and restaurants. Great view of the sea and the beach from the 6th floor, two balconies! The manager, Filipe ,was most courteous and very helpful. Had a wonderful time!

I think it should be described as side balcony with sea view and not beach front as u can only see the sea if you sit outside which it wasn’t hot enough for us to do Also if you had washing machine and air con on fuse would blow But get place clean tidy carpark we where very happy with it Thanks Ian G

On nous a vendu un appartement vue mer mais en fait pour voir la mer il fallait aller au bout du balcon et voir un petit bout de mer entre deux immeubles! Le pire c'est que 80% des logements étaient libres à cette saison. La literie pour les 2 lits supplémentaires etait tres inconfortable et sale. Les draps trop petits. On avait une petite cuillere pour quatre personnes et 3 verres.

Ir a pé para a praia a pé em 10 min é um luxo!
Estadia muito agradável devido à localização junto à praia, pela existência da piscina e pela simpatia, dinâmica e disponibilidade da gerência, na pessoa do Sr. Filipe. O apartamento tem uma boa relação preço/qualidade, sendo razoavelmente confortável, salientado o facto da existência de ar acondicionado, tanto no quarto como na sala e também contem o equipamento essencial para tornar a estadia familiar menos trabalhosa, como a maquina de lavar loiça, por exemplo... Ah! A garagem é uma mais valia imprescindível!

espaçoso e limpo com excelente vista
boa experiencia. sr. Filipe muito prestável, o quarto espaçoso com tudo o que necessitavamos, excelente vista, perto de tudo, comércio e restaurantes, perto da praia e apartamento com piscina privativa de boas dimensoes mas que necessitava de mais limpeza. toda a zona da piscina necessitava de mais cuidados. Estacionamento privativo também sem quaisquer problemas e boa internet com um modem só para o apartamento. Agradável estadia com nada a apontar.

Номер большой, 2 комнаты, кухня с стиралкой и посудомойкой. Стиралка грязная внутри, пользоваться не стали. душевая комната крохотная и крайне не удобная, матрац на кровати скрипит и даёт ощутить каждую пружинку. Вся мебель ооочень старая. Подушки ужасные, полотенца грязные, застиранные, давно пора выбросить а их снова в оборот пускают. 2 балкона, пляж виден частично. Удобное расположение, бесплатная парковка. wifi только у бассейна, в номерах ничего не ловит, даже соседей. Милый и приятный владелец Филипп. Ему нужно звонить как приедете, не ищите стойку reception. В целом

Nos ha decepcionado, al menos el apartamento 1005 ,conocemos Portimao desde hace mucho tiempo y esperábamos más de este sitio. Lo mejor; la cercanía a la playa, las vistas y el aparcamiento gratis. El apartamento no estaba preparado para cinco personas a pesar que lo pusimos en la reserva. Había cama sólo para 4 y nos dieron un colchón de espuma de dos dedos de ancho para que lo pusiéramos en el suelo directamente. En el baño sólo había toallas para tres personas. Apartamento al que le hace falta reforma sobre todo en el baño, la bañera oxidada, el cable de la ducha muy viejo y roto. Las tapicerías del sofá y sillón sucias . No tiene aire acondicionado, en la terraza estaban los cables cortados, pero el aparato no estaba y hacía calor y por la noche con todo abierto, había muchísimo ruido que venía de unos bares que hay justo debajo del edificio , hasta las cinco de la mañana no pudimos dormir bien. El apartamento no invita a estar en el, no es cómodo para una familia de cinco personas , como mucho para dos o tres personas. Tampoco contaba con una iluminación correcta, muy pocas luces y bombillas muy tenues ...... Para alquilar un apartamento hay que tenerlo en condiciones e ir actualizando y arreglando lo que se deteriore y en este se ve que invierten y arreglan muy poco. Desde luego con todos los lugares que hay en Portimao, allí no volveremos.
