Saggy bed. Cobblestone street outside means LOTS of noise from passing cars. Internet is CRAP. Barely works, some of the time, in the room.

Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend. Im Zimmer war di Luftfeuchtigkeit leider sehr hoch und es roch etwas unangenehm.

The rooms are quite small. We stayed 4 days and we had to change room the last day and that was no problem for us. We were dissapointed about the cleaning. They did not clean the room or refill toiletpaper at all. We had to provide that on our own, not so good service. They only change towels if you stay more than 4 days. And there was no trashbin in , we was supposed to put the trash in the small sanitarybin in the toilet. But since there were no cleaning we had a problem with that. We payed about 95 euro per day an it was a little to much, not value for money. For that price you can stay at a real hotel. But overall a nice little guesthouse with a excellent location and friendly hosts.

Bildene som vises på Hotel.com er på grensen til misvisende. Første natt fikk jeg et rom på gjestehuset som var rimelig greit. Litt "småkoselig". De tre siste nettene måtte jeg flytte til annet rom. Dette var en særdeles dårlig opplevelse. Rommet hadde inngang direkte fra gateplan, ikke fortau, en tredør med noen sprosser som ga litt dagslys, døra kunne låses. Ikke vindu i rommet. Ca 1,5 m innenfor døra står senga. Det var mye trafikk og det føltes som at biler og motorsykler kjørte like ved min seng. Jeg sov derfor meget dårlig. Dusj/toalett var tilgjengelig fra dette rommet. Rommet i seg selv var "småkoselig", men ikke egnet for god søvn. Og 99 Euro for dette rommet er IKKE riktig pris. Frokost kunne kjøpes for 8 Euro i tillegg til denne prisen. Jeg bestilte frokost, - en av dagene fikk jeg frokost 1/2 time etter avtalt tid, personen som ordnet med frokost hadde forsovet seg. Jeg så kun eieren den dagen jeg kom. Eller var det ingen kommunikasjon med de som drev gjesthuset/Casa.

We would not stay there again.
This is not a hotel. It is remodeled building with 5 rooms, each with a bath. Maid service every 4 days. No one on site. No reception desk. In a residential neighborhood. They accept cash only, preferably in advance through a direct transfer to their bank account. Very small rooms and high prices. We paid cash upon arrival 100E per night for 2 nights. They refused to give us a receipt. We would not stay there again. We felt defrauded.
Our guests can find detailed and precise information about our property in all specialized websites. Our information is accurate and describes the all property facilities and services we provide to our guests. We are situated inside Tavira Castle historical area and a 4 minute walking to Tavira main square. We work mainly thru big channels which means all our bookings are previously made thru the contracts we establish with our main partners. We always emit and send our guests the invoice based on the Portuguese law thru the email of communication and we have never ever fault to try to give our customers the best experience outside their home. Our experience of many years in hotel services and hundreds of reviews in our other properties speak for our profesionalism.
