personeel is heel onvriendelijk,
slechte service van bedienend personeel in restaurant en bar, als je wat besteld geven ze je de indruk dat het lastig is om een drankje voor in te schenken. kamer zijn ruim en schoon hier en daar wat oudbollig. voor de huur van je kluis op de kamer moet je 1,50 per dag meer betalen. bij binnen komst word je goed ontvangen door ballie medewerkers deze zijn wel vriendelijk het ontbijt is heel simpel , Regelmatig borden die nog vies zijn (niet goed afgewassen en ook niet afgedroogd) borden staan nat op elkaar gestapelt, de badlakens voor bij de poel zijn zo klein en dun en versleten dat ze op servetten gaat lijken voor ons geen prettige ervaring in dit Hotel voor ons 3 *** waardig

Goed hotel op loopafstand van de haven.
Personeel aan de kleine balie komt afstandelijk over, maar is toch zeer gedienstig. In de badkamer hangt het milieubeleid mbt de handdoeken. Toch iedere dag schone handdoeken ook al hadden we ze opgehangen aan de haken en niet in het bad gelegd. Verder een goed hotel voor de nodige rust.

Traditional rooms, very clean and well looked after by maids. 3 main Escalators. Very quiet rooms and halls. Plenty of sun loungers and lounge inside and out with pretty garden and large pool- freezing at Easter time. Lovely staff at reception, drivers and bar and restaurant staff. You have to ask for soya milk for coffee as it’s standard nespresso machine. Fabulous restaurant with plenty of options for dinner and lunch. Nice breakfast. Popular golfers resort. 10 mins walk to beach and 20 to Marina. Very flat for walking. Reasonable prices and I recommend diving up to the club card for discounts. Spa lovely, no more than 7 people at a time which is really welcoming, sauna, jacuzzi and small indoor pool, gym small, but too warm as it’s all glass, so blinds would help. Entertainment lacking on an end but more than plenty to do at the marina.

Great location near vilamoura marina. Easy walking along beach walkway to Quarteira. Situated on bus route for travel to Faro and Albufeira. Lovely staff, friendly and very efficient. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Buffet breakfast good choice of food. Evening full buffet was good value and good choice. Mini buffet was served some nights giving a buffet choice of starters and desserts and choice of 3 main dishes made to order. Room service and bar meal service was also available. Only small concern for me were the pillows ,they were very plumptious but too soft.

The hotel was close to the marina. The staff at the hotel are really helpful and professional and friendly. Lots of good cafes nearby and the beach with great bars in walking distance. The bar at the hotel was good too. The hotel will be going under a major refurbishment in October and the rooms are a little tired in decor but really clean. Beds are comfortable and breakfasts are filled with variety. I would happily stay here again. Pedro, Tiego 1 and Tiego 2 and Viega all really great staff... thank you for a lovely stay and to the events manager for the yoga classes over Easter and the gift of the traditional delicious Portuguese Easter cake.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly. The room and bathroom very clean. Lovely relaxed ambience and only 2 minutes from the Marina area and shops etc I liked it a lot.

Lovely stay in vilamoura before family christmas

Lovely relaxing stay
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We really enjoyed a lovely relaxing break. From the begining nothing was a problem for the staff- they were very welcoming and friendly. We were told we should park in the hotel carpark. There was no charge. We were asked at the door if we needed any help with our bags (we didnt, but it ws nice to he asked) Check in was quick and easy. We asked about the spa and were advised to open a club card so there would be no charge to use the spa facilities- indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna.We did this quickly and easily. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was spacious and light with a small balcony we could sit on. The views were amazing (apart from the large building site some way away- nothing the hotel could do about that) The room was very clean and comfortable. I read some reviews suggesting the rooms were dated. I can see why some might say that, but you can tell the furniture and bathroom fittings are of good quality, and we were very pleased to stay there. The bathroom was a good size, and had everything youd need. The toiletries provided were a nice touch. If we were to make one suggestion, it would be to update the bathroom - take out the bath with shower over the bath, and add a fitted walk in shower. Breakfast was everything youd expect. Great choice, fresh tasting and hot where it should be. The spa facilities were lovely, given that it was November and we couldnt use the outdoor pool. The bar area and outdoor terrace were very nice.

Sovkomfort
Det som var negativt var sovkomforten. Det var för varmt på rummet när man skulle sova. AC gick inte att använda denna tid på året. Om man öppnade dörre till balkongen var man tvungen att dra för mörker gardinen då man ej kunde släcka ytterlampan. Gardinen gjorde att det inte blev mycket svalare med öppen dörr. Det fans bara väldigt höga kuddare.

Golf Tripe
We visited as a group of 20 on a Golf trip. Check in was ok , Information given by the check in staff was concise and informative. The Rooms are adequate and functional. The buffet breakfast was reasonable with a few different options in each category. The worst thing was the Golf shuttle from the hotel to the Courses. It's like a bun fight with no booking process. It would be much easier to allocate a booking with a ticket to ensure, you actually got the shuttle you were allocated. Also pace of play at the Courses needs to be monitored more closely. 5 hours a round with buggies is unacceptable.

The hotel has a great outdoor pool and is also very close (4 minutes walk) to the beach. The staff were also very friendly and would come and serve you straight away so you never had to wait for anything. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, really set you up for the day. Plenty of good restaurants near by. I would recommend Assado across the street.

Enjoyed the location. Very central. The WiFi is horrible. It barely worked anywhere in the hotel. The gym only opens at 10am, which is ridiculous. The reception staff are rude and not competent.

We booked very late and as a result got a room upgrade, which was very nice, although sea view is stretching it a bit. Hotel is in a convenient position for the Marina and shops, a 5 minute walk to the beach though you get charged €7 each to use the loungers. You can walk along the promenade to Quarteira in about 15 mins. Pool area is relaxing, good size pool and plenty of space and loungers. Breakfast was ok, busy but you can eat inside or out.
