Thanks for your comment. The house must has what the people need when they arrive not all they need for the holidays. You can see in the homeaway what the house has. The beach towels must be required and payed. But I never solicited the money when the guest needs that. I am very unhappy about what happened with some problems about the maintenance of the house. It never can happen. I think that the housekeeper resolved that quickly. The checkin was at 4 pm and she did the better that she could after the others guests left the villa for you could get in early. The region of Albufeira has a problem with sewage because when are wind sometimes the smell can be felt in the house and like you said me it became better. The problem is not with the house and it happens only sometimes and not every years. I have already notified the competent authorities to make a revision of the sewers in the street where the house is located. I hope you have had excellent days in S. Rafael despite everything because it is a beautiful beach.
