Sibling get away
The house was more than we expected. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. We spent all our time in this area. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Fiona was easy to work with and responded to all correspondence in a very timely manner. Thanks for allow us to be guest in your home and will definitely recommend it to others.

Luxury and convenient location
We enjoyed our stay and Fiona the owner was quick to answer our questions and respond to anything that needed to be done. The villa is in a great location and is very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and numerous eating areas, inside and out allowed plenty of entertaining space.

A great place... again!
This villa is superb, catering for all ages and everything one needs to make a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. There was an issue at check in, but once the owners were contacted, everything was quickly resolved. We would love to come back again soon.

A beautiful property with large pool in lovely setting
This villa had everything you need for a great family holiday. Pool was amazing with corner steps into the shallow end. Good sunbeds and comfortable terrace seating looking at lovely garden, as well as outside shaded dinning area with huge barbecue. One downstairs bedroom and 3 upstairs all en suite with kings beds (no twins) Large well equipped kitchen diner with huge fridge freezer with filtered cold water/ice machine. Some hilly bits for 15 min walk to beach and local restaurants at Praca. Other excellent restaurants within 15 mins taxi ride. Supermarket 20min walk with some uk kiddie staples like Weetabix . Good fresh meat & fish if cooking. TV has BBC & other U.K. channels . Blinds and air con in all rooms. Some toys for younger children plus table tennis table with bats/ balls for older ones. 30mins to Faro airport.

Excellent villa for all the family
We had a great 9 day stay at this villa. We were a family of 3 generations (inc. 3 children, 5 and under) and it suited everyone. The location is ideal for walking to the supermarket, Praca, golf and the beach. The villa had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped and the children enjoyed the selection of toys. The pool was heated which meant everyone enjoyed swimming. The host was also great. We had to change our travel dates very last minute and nothing was too much hassle. The check in/out process was really straight forward allowing us just to relax and enjoy our holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful garden and outdoor space
The villa was lovely, very comfortable, nice beds, nice bathrooms and the outdoor space and mature pretty garden was especially nice. Unfortunately there was 2 construction sites close by during our stay which regularly spoilt our relaxation but without that, the garden was very peaceful and relaxing. And well sheltered from wind. Fantastic walking in the area at the upgraded formosa pathways and boardwalks.

Wonderful stay!
The villa is beautifully presented and well looked after. Spacious open plan living and a fantastic outdoor kitchen/BBQ area for entertaining. Not forgetting the stunning gardens and pool. On a practical note - the utility room was perfect for keeping up with the laundry and the kitchen had a selection of condiments so we didn’t need to buy things like olive oil, salt and pepper for a week’s stay! Plenty of fridge space too which is always important in a hot climate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you so much.

Great Villa - best we've been to in vdl
What a great villa, it surpassed our expectations. Set in a lovely, quiet but central part of vdl. Beautiful garden and big pool with wonderful bbq/entertaining area. Fabulous villa in superb location
The villa is exactly as described but more spacious than the photos show. We had a fantastic 2 weeks in the villa and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. It was the perfect location for our family and a 5 minute walk across the golf course to the Praca and beach. It has everything you need and a fab outside BBQ area. Communication with the hosts was great and all questions answered swiftly. All in all can’t recommend this villa enough!

Me and my family had a fabulous week in this stunning house. There was every gadget you could possibly think of in the kitchen, and all the rooms were light and spacious. There were 8 adults and we appreciated the space inside and out. Absolutely perfect! One suggestion - it would have been nice to have a welcome pack with a few food essentials, or the option to have one at a cost.

Fantastic villa and location in VDL.
Stayed here a couple of times now and booked again for later in the year. When in VDL you must have a spacious well equipped villa, in a location near the beach, Praca and clubhouse. Plus a large pool and ideally lots of outside living space and furniture. This villa superbly ticks all these boxes. All the communication with Fiona (the owner) is first class, plus the reliability of the local agent.

Perfect villa to stay in - just book it!
Booked with Fiona over a year in advance as this place is so popular. If you are thinking of staying in the Algarve at a luxurious villa that can comfortably handle four couples, book it now. Spacious bedrooms with ensuite, especially the master. Large, well equipped kichen with every appliance. Wonderful pool to cool off in after a day out. We ate all of our meals in the outdoor dining area - perfect for that first morning coffee to an evening's bar-b-que with its twin grills. The pictures on the Web site are all accurate, but don't display the spaciousness of the rooms and property, nor do they display the little touches that will make you realize that a lot of thought went into the renovation. The property is beautifully landscaped, adding to our pleasure when using the outdoor areas. The weather was warm at the end of September and I would think that even October woukd be ideal.

Fabulous villa in fabulous location
We stayed here with friends as a party of eight. This delightful villa is spacious and contemporary with marvellous outside space for sunning and dining - and with a magnificent pool. 4 good sized bedrooms all with en-suites and 2 large balconies. The Praca with several restaurants and access to the beach is a 10 minute walk across the golf course. 2 lovely golf courses - but busy and expensive. A car is ideal if you wish to explore further afield - but not essential as there is a decent supermarket a 20 minute walk away (but there are some hills!) and in addition to the Praca there are several other restaurants 15 mins walk along the beach. There are no sea views but the spacious gardens are well laid out and the villa enjoys a secluded position. The villa is well equipped with good Wi-Fi, comprehensive TV channels and aircon. The kitchen facilities and equipment are impressive and the double charcoal BBQ met all our needs. Overall we were very impressed. The owner (Fiona) was very accessible via e-mail in advance of our trip and provided welcome additional information. We would definitely stay againnand happily recommend.

Beautiful villa with excellent facilities . We were a family of 6 adults and 3 children and had lots of space,never feeling on top of each other . We couldn't have asked for better accommodation, the villa was beautiful, set in lovely gardens with its own pool. It had everything equipment wise that you could ever need. Everything was maintained to a very high standard. In actual fact apart from going shopping you never needed to leave the villa. We stayed there for a week with 8 of us but the villa was that spacious that you never felt on top of each other. Location wise is was well situated for the restaurants and the beach. All in all we would highly recommend it and would love to return.

A well equipped villa in Vale do Lobo
The villa is newly refurbished with good accommodation, spacious comfortable rooms, high quality finishes and a well equipped kitchen. The garden and pool area is well maintained with a large barbecue area including a table and chairs for outdoor eating. A/c not really needed but seems to be effective. Vale d Lobo has good golf courses and various facilities for eating, shopping and dining. Good supermarket at gate. The estate is well maintained, secure and quiet. Minor interruption to this with a karaoke party in a nearby villa that lasted for an hour. Otherwise very peaceful. Nearby beach is good. Many restaurants if not wishing to eat at the villa. One minor problem locating a cot dealt with quickly and efficiently by the owners after Owners Direct were unable to help. After two long confusing conversations on the OD customer support line we were eventually returned to the start of the long and futile 40 minute process at which point we gave up and phoned the owners directly. OD focused on misrepresentation and relocation unable to respond to a the request for resolution of the minor problem or provide contact details of the owners which we eventually located in emails.

All can say is WOW !!
From the moment we walked through the private gates of the villa we could not believe how amazing everything was. We visited the villa in August with our 2 children age 2 & 5 and my step daughter and her boyfriend. We had the most fantastic time, whoever designed this villa thought of everything. The outdoor area was huge and very child friendly. There are lots of places we could relax and a beautiful area that was covered over to have our lunch and the most well equipped bbq area too. The swimming pool was just the right temperature too and the perfect size. The Villa inside was out of this world, flat screen TVs, huge breakfast bar in the kitchen area and all of the amenities you need, including a great coffee machine. The laundry room was huge with great washing machines & dryer. All of the bedrooms are of a very high standard of decoration all with large ensuit bathrooms too, the cleanliness..... you just could not fault and this is down to Maria who came and cleaned for us and changed bedding and towels too. The master bedroom had a huge terrace with beautiful views and wonderful sun beds to relax. A huge thank you to Fiona & Charles for letting us use their beautiful home, they have though of everything to make your holiday just perfect, we could not have asked for a villa in a better location, so close to the golf club, restaurants and very close to the supermarket too. I can not wait to book to stay here again next year.

Wonderful Villa in a peaceful location.
